    Parasite in the tank

I have never had issues here untell I got new fish and when they started to die off because they have parasites in the water. I took my fish tank water here 3 times to get tested and they kept telling me it was my tank. But I have never had problems with wtv the shit in the photo is I would not recommend this place if your thinking of getting fish

We have a labradoodle and a golden doodle who have easily matted and difficult hair. I am so grateful to have found a groomer with such great prices for large dogs! They make it so much easier to get the grooming done more regularly because we can afford it!

Beyond unhappy with the grooming for my baby. Noticed after pick up that my dogs whiskers were cut at random lengths. Two nights later and I noticed my baby still licking her front right foot- went to check and saw this red irritated mess. My poor baby has had a pad injury from this place! On two feet! Not sure if blade was too short, too hot or if she got a yeast infection at the groomers but I'm not happy.

We are so grateful to have chosen this PetSmart for dog training. Eddie is such a great trainer! He truly cares about all the dogs he trains! He goes above and beyond to make sure you and your pup succeed. We will definitely be going to all the classes he has for more knowledge and to have better control of our home. The price is great for the quality of training you get! If you ask me I think it should cost more, but I'm glad it doesn't lol we really enjoy going because he treats everyone like family. I've tried other PetSmart training courses in the past and no trainer compares to Eddie.

Is anyone even taking care of the LIVING creatures at this store? This is just one example of the state of the tanks today. This is the worst I've ever seen at a pet store. I came in for a dog food I can only find at this store . . . Will be ordering online from the manufacturer from now on just to avoid this place.

Eddy is a great dog trainer she has really helped me with with my ginger to get her socializing and us working together! All employees we have encountered here have been great as well as we also have purchased crickets and fish from them!

Staff are super attentive and nice, know my dogs Luna and Moody, take great care of them, they're always happy to go in, just waltz right in. Also good seeing consistent staff, same faces which was not the case at the previous place we used. It's all indoor, separated by weight which is also one of the best parts of Aries. Currently only open Tuesday through Friday likely due to staffing. Wish they were open more days! They are a little more expensive than the previous place we used, but worth it. Kong meal/snack is extra or included however you wanna look at it. They do have packages to bring the cost down, pay more up front for multiple days. I think comes out to about $27 a day with the package. They do have an extensive weeding out process which is good because it ensures only quality dogs are there, make sure they get along with other dogs, do ok in the kennel for a period of time. They also require vaccinations and tick/flea prevention. Notes I took when considering them v. Others: * Fecal exam giardia, parasites and coccidia within last 6-8 months * Flea and tick treatment, natural essential oils too ok * Intro 15 min then 1 hr later day free, T-F 830-1030 or 130-330 * hours: 7-1115, crate till 1245, back out till 415 then crated until end of day 6 * $1 per meal regardless if bring food or not * All indoor * No vet on call but has set up with vet nearby * No overnight * Grooming $45-55 * Walk in daycare * $30 full day * Buy 9 get 1 free or buy 17 get 3 free non-refundable Hope this helps other neurotic pet parents like me! We love Aries and am glad they exist for our pups! Especially love the staff! Thank you!

TL;DR: I would not trust Camp Bow Wow with the safety of my pets…read more My parents boarded their two small dogs at Camp Bow Wow for the very first time while we attended a family event out of state. When we picked them up that evening, one dog had a large, pus-filled wound on her face that staff described only as "a scratch." Although none of us are veterinarians, it was obvious the wound was more serious than that. The next morning, our family veterinarian confirmed it was a puncture wound that had become infected, drained the pus, and explained that it would have required stitches had it been treated sooner. Instead, the dog was prescribed a week of antibiotics. Two weeks later, the wound is healing but still not fully resolved. We contacted Camp Bow Wow to find out what had happened because no one had informed us of any incident before pickup. After investigating, management told us our dog had been injured as collateral damage during a scuffle between another dog and her companion a couple of hours before checkout. They also claimed they had called my parents to discuss the incident. That is not what happened. The only voicemail my parents received stated that both dogs were doing well and asked them to call about exit baths. They returned the call on the way from the airport, reached voicemail, and received no further attempts to contact them. When we asked why veterinary care wasn't sought--or, at a minimum, why my parents weren't notified so they could decide whether their dog should be seen--we were told the injury "did not appear to be severe enough for medical attention" and had only "occurred a couple of hours prior to checkout." This explanation was difficult to reconcile with our veterinarian's findings that the wound was already infected and that too much time had passed for stitches, despite the vet examining her less than 24 hours after the incident allegedly occurred. When we raised these concerns, management stood by their account and stated that pet owners are responsible for any veterinary expenses resulting from their dog's stay. When I asked the facility manager, Sally, about their policy for notifying owners when a dog is injured, specifically by another dog, I never received a clear answer--only a repetition of their version of events. As someone who owns my own two dogs and frequently uses boarding facilities, I understand that kennel staff are not veterinarians. I don't expect them to diagnose injuries. I do expect them to promptly notify pet owners whenever an animal is injured and allow the owner--not the kennel--to decide whether veterinary care is warranted. I also expect honesty and transparency as to when and how an incident occurred, which I do not believe we received in this instance. In my opinion, Camp Bow Wow failed to meet that basic standard of care. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend boarding your pets there.
