The obedience classes are great if you want to learn how to train your dog. They do not train your…read moredog, they teach you the steps needed to be successful on your own. I was happy with the Beginners Obedience class we took here. Sure you could do it on your own but the hands on approach is so much more effective, it was for me anyway. The class size was reasonable (about 8 dogs) we never lacked attention. The head trainer and at least one assistant were always available and quite helpful. Beginners obedience is just that, the basics...sit, stay, come, down, helpful leash walking tips etc. They recently put in a swimming pool which you could rent by the hour or sign up for personal training sessions and they offer agility classes which look like so much fun. I think this is a pretty cool place and while the pricing is not inexpensive it seems to be the standard rate when it comes to dog training.

I was made to feel like I was uneducated because I wouldn't abuse my dog to teach him he grew up in a house where my grandmother raised Scottish terriers And we were never allowed to hit them yell at them or anything and they won lots of dog shows had lots of ribbons and lots of points but these people will bully you and it's about the money for them for eight sessions for over $2,500 I was supposed to get on and off lease training I had no idea it was going to be through pain and suffering five star for two dogs off leash training and teaching my rescue dog my other dog that's a rescue to get over her fear in public not once has she ever heard him and never made me feel bad or uneducated my values just on the line with dog abuse.

The day we picked TDT, we were still not sure if we made the right decision or not. But at the end of our training session, we were extremely happy that we pickd TDT and had Devin as our trainer!! Devin came to my mother house for the consultation. It was amazing that he connected with Nefertiti right away. Devin explained to us what we would need for training (supplies) and how the sessions would go. This was extremely helpful for us to see and understand the process we all would experience. We asked him many questions during our sessions, and he answered all our questions very patiently until we understood them clearly. On the first day of training, we were pretty nervous because we didn't know how Nefertiti would react and if my mother could handle the process, but we didn't need to worry at all with Devin. Devin works very quickly and in an organized way. We were amazed how much Nefertiti changed in the first hour of our first session. They got us right in, first appointment of the day. Long story short.... Turns out my puppy was just being a drama queen. Even though I was relieved to get to take my cat to an emergency clinic on a Friday night, I left…read morefeeling baffled by the initial treatment plan. My (stray) cat had strong symptoms of something systemic going on. Even after I asked twice why we weren't giving antibiotics, I was sent home with a tranquilizer and a pain medication that makes a cat drowsy. My cat got worse and the following day. I called the doctor (Dr. Michael Beckham) twice and he encouraged to use the medication which I had initially not given him. I went back Sunday morning because my cat was almost comatose. I saw that his leg had swollen. Dr. Dean was more engaged. Questions were asked about leukemia and FIV and rabies vaccinations. My cat had an abscess on the leg. Rabies was on the table since I didn't know his vaccination status. I was told to stop using the tranquilizer (gabapentin) and the pain meds as they were not allowing to see his development. He received an antibiotic injection, and I took antibiotics home to treat him for 10 days. He is better this morning, Monday. I am angry with myself that I didn't insist on the antibiotics Friday night. I knew enough and had this gut feeling. Yes, the bloodwork was not totally definitive, but in doubt it's best to just go for it. I questioned the initial medication plan but no one could really explain to me the reasons for that decision. My cat was not in pain. He had symptoms of his body failing to function.

Our girl Tootie one day just didnt want to get up and move around. so we took her in to be seen…read moreimmediately. We were given the news she had cancer that spread from her belly to her lungs. She never displayed any symptoms of sickness and was the hardest decision to make to let her go peacefully. The doctor and staff made this awful moment as kind and respectful as possible. The doctor was very informative and understanding. The staff was polite and empathetic. They allowed us time to process, and make a decision. All of our questions were answered and options were made available that changed the rest of our lives forever. After some time we chose to have Tootie put to sleep instead of bringing her back home. I cried on the floor next to her when she drifted off to sleep. The painful feeling that she was gone was so strong i didn't realize the doctor was on the floor next to me too. She gave me unfathomable strength by just being next to me. After a week or so we were called saying Tootie was ready to come home. We were gifted with beautiful keepsakes and today she sits on the mantle in the living room. Thank you everyone here for making a tragedy into something special and very beautiful. Thank you

We boarded our Dane in February and he us a different puppy. One that is calmer and happier. Knowing boundaries helps him be happier and us less stressed. She offers boarding too and when we welcomed our baby a few weeks ago she made herself available to help with our pup. And helped us introduce our pup to our new born. I can't say enough good things about how much help she has been, how good her training has been and how much we absolutely love her services.
