This is our story and our journey. My husband and I unfortunately found each other a little later in life, we had both been married before and had kids from those marriages. At the time we met I had my own fur babies and so did he, and unfortunately he wasn't able to bring them into our life. I lost 2 dogs in one year and as we all know the heartbreak from that sucks and we swore, NO MORE PETS! Until one morning when our neighbor had a friend over and in her arms was a clothes basket full of little black lab puppies. So Ofcourse we came over to see and hold these beautiful little babies. They were only 2 weeks old at the time and barely had their eyes open and without even giving it a second thought I help my sweet girl and knew she was meant to be with us. Ofcourse we had to wait 6 more weeks but we knew she was ours. Fast forward to going over to pick up our girl Greta and seeing all the babies a lot bigger and running around like a bunch of psychos lol Not all of them had homes yet and there was another little girl who instantly went to my husband and stole his heart, and so now we have 2!!! We thought it would be better for them to have each other plus we loved them so much. And everything was perfectly fine with us and the girls for the first year. One day it happened out of nowhere. They began fighting each other. And it wasn't play fighting, it was angry, vicious, bloody fighting. It would start over a toy, it would start when one of them was sitting on my lap and fighting for attention. 95% of the time it only happened when I was around them. And it was everyday, sometimes several times. I would try to break them up and ended up getting myself bit. They would both walk away bleeding and shaking. It was absolutely horrible and terrifying. And we had no idea why this even started happening. We debated on finding them separate homes and not keeping either one of them because it wouldn't be fair. So we had talked about maybe getting them some training and that's when we found Lorenzo's dog training. It wasn't long after our initial conversation with them that Clark and his partner Daniel came to our home for an assessment. I'm not gonna lie and say it was pretty because it wasn't. It was at that time and having them just talking to us and explaining why this could be happening was all about dominance. The reason it didn't happen around my husband was because he was more of an Alpha and they knew that. They saw me as one of them because I will admit I was not a disciplinarian at all. I let them do what they wanted and didn't put much effort into correcting them. We couldn't even walk them because they didn't know how to act and I'd end up getting drug. We couldn't even go camping anymore which we love doing because they wouldn't behave and would bark at literally everything and just ruined the entire experience. Also, I'm not gonna lie and say our jaw didn't drop when they told us how much it was gonna be, we were so hesitant and reluctant to do this for that reason. But we knew this was our last resort short of finding them different homes. So Clark took our girls and kept them for 2 weeks. We had several training sessions during that time when he brought them home and we got training. I had to work really hard and step out of my comfort zone to be more authoritative which isn't really my thing so that was a challenge for me. And everytime he brought them back things got a little better each time. Clark would demonstrate with them and teach us. He never once raised his voice and had the patience of a saint. Never got upset or flustered and seeing how they were with him and the bond he had with them was a little sad to me. I wondered why they couldn't do that for me and look at me and respect me the way they did with Clark. After they were home we continued training with Clark and he would come to the house for the training. We continued working on things with them and still do. The fighting has completely stopped, they walk like a boss on a leash and we are even to the point of not needing a leash to walk them because that's how well they behave now. And no, they don't run around like crazy dogs, they stay by our side at our heel. We go camping on a regular basis and get more complements with how well they are behaving. We can finally enjoy our girls and live harmoniously and happy. Finding Clark was a life changer for us. We held on so tight to these girls because they were the first thing that was ours together and why we didn't want to give up. We will never be able to thank Clark enough. His compassion for his job and the love he has is so apparent. He is doing exactly what he should be doing. So if you have made it to the end of our story and have any hesitation don't because it was 100% worth every penny and every tear that came along with it. read more

Personally I REALLY wish I could upload videos of how our dog, Gunner, acted before meeting Deuce. I would but as any dog owner would understand, it would kind of be embarrassing the way he acted towards us/other people/other dogs. Gunner is high energy as is, being the Aussie-Border Collie mix that he is, but as he grew and the simple training commands we taught him proved to not be enough, and in turn he became a handful; to the point that my husband and I were in tears because we were so frustrated with him and ourselves because he would not listen, or stop barking. Barking non stop. Barking at every little thing: every time the AC unit turned on, the washing machine was running, our neighbors children playing outside. We couldn't take him places, like TSC or the dog park because he wouldn't listen to us at all. He'd bark at everyone, lunge at people/dogs. We didn't want him to be labeled as aggressive, because we knew that he was a cuddle monster and a sweet boy (when he wanted to be) but his aggressive like tendencies were becoming more and more frequent. So I had reached out on Facebook groups to find a dog trainer when Gunner became almost unbearable. SO, SO many people recommended Deuce; so we reached out to him and I kid you not with in a few days he came to meet us and Gunner. He understood where we were coming from and understood that we needed help in our dogs behavior. The day he showed up, both my husband and I were already relieved; he had only met Gunner for maybe an hour or so and had already formulated a training regime for not only Gunner but us as well. We were impressed that very first day with the way he handled Gunner and already made him listen more that he would with us, all within the first hour. Over the next couple of months, the more Deuce worked with Gunner and even took him home for one on one training with him, we knew that it was the best decision we had ever made. Deuce broke those aggressive tendencies Gunner had. He trained him, but also taught us the same training regime. He worked with us as well to make sure we understood how to have the proper leash work, the proper stance, how to correct way of correct his behavior if it ever got out of hand. Deuce made us all at ease, not just Gunner. He is a super down to earth person, very hands-on, but at the same time knew how to get his training to stick with both us and our fur child. Even though our training sessions with Deuce have ended, we still update him with how Gunner is doing and how we can keep working him. Gunner is now the best listener, the best boy when we take him all over Tractor Supply or Lowes with all types of distractions, having our families dogs come stay with us; even off leash training with our friends farm animals, he sticks right by our sides and doesn't leave when we walk around all the animals. All because Deuce's training. Because Deuce took the time to come meet our wild child on a Sunday afternoon and saw that he wasn't a bad boy, that he just needed some firmer training. I would HIGHLY recommend Deuce to anyone that needs a trainer; he is worth every single penny no doubt. He definitely knows what he's doing and knows how to handle those high energy breeds and how to break their bad habits and make them the "goodest boy" they can be. read more

Daniel "Deuce" saved my dog's life. My sweet boy is a red heeler-mix rescue who had serious behavior problems. He was fear aggressive (needed to be sedated for his annual vaccines), reactive, and stressed all the time. I tried everything I could find on the internet, in books, with a group training session, and even with another professional trainer (who was highly recommend by several others). All were unsuccessful. My previous trainer told me that I needed to euthanize him because of his "unpredictable behavior." I couldn't give up on my sweet boy because I knew there was something or someone who could help me break though with him. At home he was sweet as could be and I saw his gentle side, I knew he wanted to be better, I just didn't have the tools to get him there. Two years after the failed professional training I came across Lorenzo's Dog Training Team on the internet, I saw that they specifically work with aggressive and reactive dogs so I gave it shot. WHAT A RELIEF when Deuce came to our house for the evaluation and he knew EXACTLY what my dog needed without me having to explain it to him. He knew from the instant he met my dog that he was able to "save" him and work him through his issues. My sweet boy is now calm, reliable, HAPPY, and given so many opportunities that we were afraid to try before the training. I now feel confident in taking him to the softball fields, camping, hiking, to a friend's bbq with other dogs, and so on. I am a veterinary technician, and this training taught me more about canine behavior then I ever learned in school and at work. I am so excited to be able to educate owners (to an extent, I always refer them to Deuce) about behavioral issues and anxiety, instead of accepting that they are one of THOSE patients (like mine) who needs anti-anxiety medications. This training will completely change your mindset/relationship with your pets, and only for the better. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Deuce, you are awesome! read more

I have a 3.5 year old pit mix and a 7 year old yellow lab/Great Pyrenes mix. My dogs bad behaviors were sever leash aggression with both dogs, but with my pit, he had some uncontrollable emotion built up resulting in him attacking my other dog on the other leash which lead to a dog fight. He also started doing this on car rides when seeing another dog. Our other behaviors were, fence fighting, no boundaries, and jumping on people walking into the house. I have taken my dogs to two other trainers before taking them to Daniel, one of the trainers primarily focused on leash training skills for aggressive dogs. This trainer wasn't bad, but the lessons were only suppressing the aggression. Every day I felt like I was taking 1 step forward and 1 step back after completing the training. With Daniel, I am not going to lie, I was skeptical. I was nervous to spend so much money when I haven't made much stride with the other trainers, but I was at my wits end. The dogs aggression was causing me too much stress and when having a pit or a pit mix, you have no room for error, they can't be aggressive. You have no wiggle room because society already labels them as dangerous animals. The goal at the end of the training, was to be able to finally walk downtown Pensacola with my dogs and my dreams were to SIT outside a restaurant with my dogs by my side and to maybe one day have my yellow lab mix off leash trained. Once she had her nose to the ground her hearing was turned off. I am glad to say that Daniel didn't fail me and I didn't fail him to practice what he taught! When working with him, he gave us the reasonings and solutions why our dogs were acting the way they were. I can also say, both dogs can walk off leash. I have even brought my pit to World of Beer 5k on Wednesdays and stood a foot away from another dog and he didn't even care that there was a dog next to him. read more

I am not even sure where to start, but here goes. We rescued a pit mix almost three years ago after our hound died. While it seemed like he was sweet and doing well with us, his immediate family, he was not so sweet to others. We thought we were managing him, but about 3 months ago, he bit our neighbor. It was his second bite in 18 months and we knew drastic measures were needed. I called our vet for some guidance and that's how we met Daniel our trainer. We set up the free consult and Daniel came out to our house. After listening do Daniel I was ready, but after watching Daniel with Atticus....I was SOLD immediately. We started with the 10 week in home training just a few weeks later. In the last 10 weeks we watched Atticus go from a very anxious dog that no one really wanted to be around; that the kids were afraid to be around, to a dog that is a great deal calmer and the kids want to pet and love and play with. Daniel did a great job not only training our Atticus, but training us!! We learned more about why dogs act the way they do which helps tremendously when you need to correct behavior. And keep in mind Atticus was not our first dog!! My family, and anyone who has known Atticus from the time we got him, to today can see that this training works!! We are all so impressed with what a different but same sweet loving dog Atticus is!! This training literally has saved Atticus' life and has given us a greater sense of peace when he is around others!! And we gained a new friend in Daniel. There is NO DOUBT in my mind that this team and Daniel are the best at what they do! We have already passed on Daniel's information to others who have asked about training. If you are looking for a professional dog trainer that goes above and beyond, look no further. 100% the best money I've spent!! read more

We began our journey with Lorenzo's Dog Training Team about four months ago. We have two dogs, one a Goldendoodle and the other a Bernedoodle. The Golden is very excitable and we could not get him to stop jumping on us when we walked through the door (a major problem when you're five months pregnant)! Also, they were both awful in their leash and they were misearable to walk due to excessive pulling. But, thankfully we met Daniel "Duece"Bainbridge. Duece was great from the beginning to the end of our dog training journey. The first time we met with him we were really unsure of the whole process (our dogs are our fur babies). But, Duece quickly put our mind at ease. He is extremely knowledgeable and good at getting you and your pup to work together. There were some growing pains in the begining, but you get out what you put into it! Duece was very patient and flexible with our schedule. Also, very attentive to how we were feeling and knew the right time to push our dogs and back off when he needed to. Overall, we had a great experience! We would definitely recommend his services to others in the future. In fact, we already have mentioned him to a few of our nieghbors. Now, we have two amazing well-trained pups! There is no more jumping, they know their "sit, down, and stay" commands; and, we can walk them attached to the stroller! We just want to say "thank you" to Duece and let everyone know that if you are looking for a great personable dog trainer, he is your guy! Oh, one last thing. After all of the training with our dogs, they never lost their personality. They are still happy and cuddly, but with a bit more structure. read more

My Alaskan Malamute had a lot of anxiety and kept doing what he wanted to do with little to no respect for us when we tried to train him. We tried petco training at first but realized that it doesn't solve his behavior problems. Every time I brought him out to the vet, parks, or on walks he would pull on the leash on top of lunging and screaming the moment he saw another dog, which was super difficult because most of my neighbors have dogs. He also barked all the time and it became super stressful to take care of him. After a month of Kiba boarding with Daniel, he was a completely new dog. Kiba became more affectionate and focused on us instead of getting distracted by everything around him. He walks with a loose leash and doesn't react to other dogs like he did before. Daniel walked us through every single step on how to handle Kiba with patience and understanding. He made sure we were comfortable with everything that he did. Even after Kiba came back from boarding, Daniel still helped us as much as possible. The first week of Kiba back home was stressful as we had to gain our influence over Kiba before he went back to his old behavior of doing what he wants. Despite Daniel's busy schedule, he came over the next day when he saw that I was getting stressed over how to handle Kiba. He was super caring and never made me feel bad for not knowing how to do some things. I'll always be grateful for everything that he did for us and Kiba and I definitely recommend him to any dog owners who need a trusted trainer! read more

Daniel Bainbridge is the reason I am able to safely live life with my 2 year old Australian Shepherd rescue, Bear. When I adopted Bear, I had no idea of his reactive behavior from a traumatic past, and one night ended with a fractured right hand after a bad bite from him. I felt heartbroken, shocked, and hopeless of what to do after he bit me. I had bonded with him and knew he was a good dog, but feared I may not be able to keep him if I couldn't find a way to recover his behavior. Daniel gave me hope from day one, and reassured me of what I was capable of as well as what Bear was capable of. He never failed to be completely honest and realistic of Bear's potential, but saw what was possible and reassured me each and every session. Now a few months later, Bear is a loving and loyal dog who is able to enjoy his life without fearing people or biting. Daniel not only trained Bear to feel safe in this way, but he also taught me how to carryover learned training principles after completion of training so that I can always feel confident with how to best care for my dog. We would not be where we are today without Daniel, and I am so so thankful for someone as passionate and knowledgeable as him to have crossed our paths! I cannot say enough good things!! read more

Lorenzo's dog training team definitely knew what they were doing when they decided to hire / train Daniel. Daniel is very knowledgable, patient and all about working with the animal that needs assistance. I work for a local rescue and Daniel does amazing work with the dogs in our rescue. The dedication that he has to work with dogs and work on issues they need to be even more successful than they already are. The patience he has and the never give up attitude just makes the story even more successful. The knowledge he has on dog behavior is incredible. He can analyze a dog and within seconds / minutes he gets a whole game plan together of how to work with them, what will work and how to speak with them on a different level than anyone else. We truly appreciate you Daniel, thank you for everything you do for the dogs! You have literally saved hundred's from being euthanized due to their behavior at the local shelters. You take chances on any dog no matter what. That mentality is what makes you an awesome trainer. Thank you again read more

Highly recommend; I have a two year old pit that was people and animal aggressive. I feared he would attack one day and eventually have to be put down. I couldn't let that happen, I was recommended to Duece (Daniel) by our vet. I was skeptical at first but his training program is wonderful and well worth it. It's almost like I have a new dog! Very happy with the results! His methods were very effective. Daniel was patient, kind, great communication and he answered all my questions, but most importantly I could really see and feel his passion to not only train the dog but also help the owner implement the training and let the dog's growth continue. He goes above and beyond and has the dog's best interest in mind. He has given me a lifetime gift:to keep my dog read more

Behavior modification training with Daniel was the best decision we made for ourselves and our 8 month old German Shepherd. Ares had a really hard time listening to commands and nipped at everything that came near his mouth - mainly our hands. He bit two people, had almost always came close to barreling guests over when they came in the house, and dug holes in the backyard. We were both concerned with his behavior around us and other adults and knew something had to be done. Daniel provided us with the opportunity to learn new skills allowing us to be leaders for our dog. Daniel shaped our puppy to be a balanced and well-mannered German Shepherd. Most importantly, he taught our family how to have the confidence to handle Ares in all situations. read more

Excellent!! We were recommended to Daniel from our vet after bringing our dog in for anxiety issues which led to him being aggressive and not obeying. Daniel came to the house and immediately put us at ease educating us on dog behavior and communication. We saw a difference during the evaluation and after the first week, we had a new dog. Thanks to Daniel, Archie is now an obedient and calm dog. Daniel is very professional and knowledgeable in the field. I feel comfortable recommending him to anyone and already have! Daniel is personable and takes the time to listen to your problems and explains things every step of the way. It never felt like work!!!! We cannot thank Daniel enough for what he did for our family. Highly recommended!!! read more

Excellent Training! I met Daniel Deuce Bainbridge through a recommendation from our veterinarian at Tiger Point. Deuce has a very calm pragmatic approach to dog and human training! Our dachshunds were very loud and could not be approached while on a walk, in their yard or in their house without a deafening barking. Within two weeks Deuce had trained our pups and given us the tools to transfer the respect, training and commands to us. This was one of the best use of funds for our family. I would unreservedly recommend both Daniel Deuce Bainbridge and Lorenzo's ! read more

Daniel is so freaking awesome! He helped me turn my crazy husky puppy into the most well mannered boy! Everyone always compliments me on how well behaved my dog is when we're in public! Husky's are known to be stubborn and crazy, well you wouldn't know that if my husky was the first one you met thanks to Daniel! I always recommend him whenever someone is looking for a trainer! You won't find a more dedicated, personable, professional, dog loving, and fun person to help you train your pups! Daniel gets 10 out of 5 stars in my book! read more

Daniel was an awesome trainer with our 2-year-old brothers. We were pleasantly surprised that they both took so well to Daniel. Daniel went above and beyond helping us, the owners, learn how to be in control of our own dogs - and he made us work for it - which was good, because there is no use in a trained dog and the owners don't follow through. I would definitely recommend Daniel and Lorenzo's team to service you. They have a deep knowledge of what it takes for proper training but yet compassionate to the owners as well read more

I was hanging on to the end of my rope when I contacted Daniel (Deuce) 3 dogs and lots of behavioral struggles over the years. Daniel changed all of that, he changed my day to day life with my dogs. From day one he proved to me why he was in the dog training business; His passion and patience are unlike anyone I know. He taught me that love and respect are two very different things. Watching how much joy and respect they had toward Daniel every time he trained them was worth every penny. I'm forever grateful. read more

My husband and I were having trouble with our German Shepherd puppy Rollo not listening to us and basically running all over us. We contacted Deuce to help us and it was the best decision we have made. He taught us why our dog was acting the way he was and was patient in teaching us how to properly handle him. We saw a huge improvement in behavior in a few sessions and now we are confident to take our dog to the park and even walk him off leash. Deuce is the absolute best trainer! read more

We originally met Deuce after winning a silent auction for training sessions at a fundraiser in Pensacola for the humane society. Deuce worked miracles for our Border Collie mix. We can now take her in public where that was not possible before. Because of the great results we booked Deuce again for our second dog and the results were just as great. I would highly recommend him for any problem you may be having, as he seems to know the answer for any poor behavior. read more

Daniel did wonderful work with and for us with a very stubborn male chihuahua, Chico. He has some mild aggression towards men. He is a rescue so I guess it's expected to have problems and Daniel has been wonderful with Chico. Thank you Daniel for you training and information on how to keep working with Chico. Definitely a five star rating for this company and especially Daniel. Davita and Bill Johnson, and Chico. read more
