We tried different training techniques, research, and after months of nothing truly addressing the aggressive - territorial behavior, we knew we needed help. She was scaring people when they would come into our home. Putting her in another room (even in her kennel which is her safe space) made her become destructive and worsened her anxiety. Lorenzo's training style is much more than just obedience. It is about training your dog to have confidence in you and to respect you as the leader. Daniel educated us about what was driving Piper's behavior, what her body language means and what she is communicating when she behaves a certain way. He was incredibly patient and thorough with his teaching to my husband and me. He explained everything to us and ensured we were comfortable and understanding of the training techniques. We saw improvement in Piper in just one session. We had three more sessions with Daniel before she boarded with him. Piper now is confident instead of anxious, listens readily, and is substantially less anxious/aggressive when people come into the house and they get to see how loving our Piper girl is. We have one more session with Daniel and we have already seen such a drastic and incredible improvement! The hardest part of the training is training ourselves to be consistent. My daughter brought her two Yorkies to the salon in Crestview, Florida to be groomed. A short time…read morelater, salon staff called to report that Benny had experienced a seizure and needed to be picked up. As my daughter arrived, she overheard two employees outside on a break. One employee stated, "She manhandled him so hard it caused him to have a seizure." Understandably, my daughter was shocked and extremely upset. Inside the salon, staff told her there would be no charge. Although distressed, she offered to pay for the grooming of her female Yorkie before leaving and calling me. Conversation With Store Manager Carlie I called the store and asked to speak with the manager. Carlie answered and she focused on the fact that Benny had experienced seizures in the past and said my daughter had not disclosed that history. A prior seizure history does not answer the central question: why did an employee say that Benny had been man handled so hard that it caused a seizure? Carlie denied that Benny had been manhandled and said the employee who made the statement had misunderstood the situation and, after being informed of the facts, responded, "Oh, I didn't know that, okay." During the call, Carlie repeatedly spoke to a coworker in the background, making comments such as, "Yeah, I told her that," and, "Yeah, she won't listen." Her manner was dismissive and disrespectful. I did not swear or make threats; I repeatedly asked for a truthful explanation. Carlie ultimately ended the conversation by stating, in substance, that I had decided what I believed and that she was done speaking with me. The day we picked TDT, we were still not sure if we made the right decision or not. But at the end of our training session, we were extremely happy that we pickd TDT and had Devin as our trainer!! Devin came to my mother house for the consultation. It was amazing that he connected with Nefertiti right away. Devin explained to us what we would need for training (supplies) and how the sessions would go. This was extremely helpful for us to see and understand the process we all would experience. We asked him many questions during our sessions, and he answered all our questions very patiently until we understood them clearly. On the first day of training, we were pretty nervous because we didn't know how Nefertiti would react and if my mother could handle the process, but we didn't need to worry at all with Devin. Devin works very quickly and in an organized way. We were amazed how much Nefertiti changed in the first hour of our first session. Whenever we had concerns, Devin made efforts to resolve any issues right away and always gave us very quick response if we had any questions. He is very professional and a hard worker. We can't thank him enough!!

We have bought multiple things online that were shipped to this store and if there are any problems, the store instantly separates themselves from corporate and leaves you laying flat. I have lost a major customer due to non accountability at the store connected to corporate, and yesterday I lost a whole day of work because their app made a mistake on an order that the store or corporate would not fix or make right. 2 guys on our team lost the full day of work and corporate kept me on the phone forn40 minutes last night only to say "sorry, your screwed. Its our fault and we understand your mad, and have been put out after you paid for an in-stock item, and we can't let you take it , even though you paid, but we accidentally ordered an out of stocknitem for you. No biggie" but never did anything to make it right. Giant waste of time and money. This is three times now they have either sent me beat up junk items they would not make right on, lied about the order shipping time, and now another huge issue. Total loss of $8k at this point. I dont see me shopping there again. My company spent well over 70k there over the last year and a half. Guess they dont want my money any more. .
