I want to drop a word of gratitude for Aydria's grooming of our two Malese girls Victoria and Oliva. Aydria is extraordinary groomer who clearly loves her job. She cares a lot and always when we bring them in for grooming, she suggests something that at the end looks fantastic. Let me start off by saying I use to hate this place because of the old workers. So I didn't go back for about 4-5 months. Then I ran into Brandi and Sierra. And let me tell you the customer service is out of this world. My Tanky boy absolutely loves them both and they treated him with love, care, and compassion. Brandi spoiled tanky boy and he just cherishes her. I had tank groomed by Sierra last week on 7/24/26 and he absolutely loved her and loved how fresh he felt afterwards. Had lunch nearby and was not aware there was a pet store a/w Tractor Supply! Huge store with tons of stuff for your pets. They even have a fish section! There is a grooming station in back. They have tons of choices for pet foods, which is always a plus. Prices seemed a bit high for toys, etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful. read more

We arrived here today to get dog food. We came in to a fully stocked store, no empty shelves. There were 4 employees working along with the manager. All were very pleasant. Especially the newest employee Kellie. She was all smiles, and was extremely helpful. She was extremely pleasant to be around. There were customers coming in and out. Lots of little kids came in too. While in the store, my daughter found a beautiful beta fish that she had to have. All of the staff was extremely helpful especially Paula, in getting her set up with all the things she needed to give this fish a wonderful life. The staff said that with the new manager in place. The store has made a huge turnaround, and they are very happy to be working with her. I would recommend coming here. And as for the prices are concerned that they are within the average for any other store or online. read more

I walked into the store to grab my dog some food, I saw they only had puppy and not for adult. When I went to look for a worker she was helping someone else, me being kind I waited and went back to check again. A good 10 minutes pass after that I'm standing at the cash register while she is still helping that other customer. Keep in mind we made eye contact like 2 times in the span of 1 minute when I walked into the store. This place must be understaffed or just not give a flying f. I was in a rush so I ended up walking out of the store without my dogs food. I hope they enjoyed their tea party. read more

My favorite shop for Dog Food and Aquarium fish! Aaron and the woman Manager are wonderful! She is a great source of aquarium information . The tropical fish selection may be small but there is always a great variety of interesting fish to add to your aquarium! Aaron is cheerful and welcoming! This is a subsidiary business to Tractor Supply Company (TSC) and is very scaled down to mostly cat and dog food, treats, and toys. But they do carry limited amounts of other item, such as birdseed. I have been able to get my dog's two types of food (which we mix together) here when I have not been able to get them at TSC. They have a "Buy 10, get one free" sign up, too. (Especially nice if you have lots of pets!) But, if you want an unusual or specialty item, not related to dogs and cats, this store may not have it. The pricing might be slightly more economical here for the "standards." The staff is usually helpful and friendly! read more

Not worth it at all. Overpriced and NEVER STOCKED. I've asked the manager/other employees multiple times about certain items and empty shelves over the past few weeks and those shelves have remained empty despite the manager admitting to ordering multiple trucks of food and supplies since speaking with me (and others who have complained about the same issues, per the store staff). I believe her name is Cheryl? WOW. Last time I was in there, Belinda was SO helpful in assisting me find everything I needed, and I honestly thought Cheryl was just another employee until she began touring a girl around the store on an interview, because she'd been on her personal phone texting away the entire time - even handed the poor other lady the store phone from her pocket and made the employee answer it WHILE RINGING UP A CUSTOMER. Not only that, but she was the only other "employee" in there with the other lady and the other lady was doing ALL of the work, including ringing up customers, answering the phones and directing calls, plus I also saw her checking prices and assisting customers, all while Cheryl played on her phone in the corner of the store. I also heard an employee left really recently because the manager kept scheduling her by herself alone, at night, after the employee had been threatened multiple times by a singular customer. Not sure who she was, but sounds like they lost a good employee because they wanted to endanger her life. This side of town at NIGHT? Alone closing down a store? That sounds terrifying for a woman of any age, and definitely not the way I'd be scheduling my employees if I were her. read more

Showed up on April 25,2024 at 7:54 p.m. to run in really quick and grab dog food for our dog. The doors were locked...The lights were on. The person standing at the counter saw us and RAN to the corner to act like no one was there.. Seriously? THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN UNTIL 8:00. Glad this place opened up. It's clean and well laid out, and for us the biggest plus is the staff and the location. Staff is very friendly. We've had to drive out to Fleming Island for pet supplies, but no more! They have a great selection of supplies, toys, treats, and most importantly - food. We have two large dogs on separate diets due to their health issues, both foods are tough to find, and often require going to multiple stores. Both items are here at pet sense! You NEED to fire your current manager ASAP!!! Whoever CHERYL is needs to be replaced. Been manager what a week? Maybe more. And already have people quitting and other employees thinking about it. Why would you guys promote or hire somebody who has NO DAMN CLUE how to do this job? This store was so great when it opened. Everyone stay away from this store until there is new management. I will be. There are other pet stores. I used to love the store, but after what the employees who quit told me I'm done with it until she's fired and there's new management. This is a great store honestly. The workers are really friendly, knowledgeable and actually care about why you are in there. The manager however Sheryl or Sherry what ever her name is, is rude to her workers and customers. Degrading her workers in from of customers and also treating customers like morons. And it's apparently ok for her to call customers vulgarities such as a slang word for female dogs. If petsense gets rid of her, many more people I know would return to this location as would I. read more

Honestly the best grooming place I have found!!! My dog is hypersensitive to having her nails done and is an older dog and they took her in and loved on her and she did just great!!
