Luckily I happen to be able to quickly send my son to get her and rush her to the vet where she suffered a broken leg. She was covered in feces and urine which obviously as she was hurt and scared. They do not have cameras or anyone who monitors the dogs at night so they have no idea how long she was trapped. When we forwarded the vet bill to them they said it was the dogs fault as they should have been resting peacefully. Like I think they are confused as these are dogs. They mentioned they waived the $100 boarding fee and that should be enough. Our dogs are not puppies they are not rowdy they are senior dogs at 9 and 12 and are small Shih Tzus. If you have dogs boarding here I would inspect the runs and would seriously question should you continue. They are obviously another business in it for the money and not for the care of our fur babies. There is so many better options in Sumner County.

Brought our 16 year old Yorkie and 10 year old Morkie totally blind. I won't go into detail but their suggestion was we sedate our dogs before grooming ( Never done that in 30 years of owning dogs). And they said the blind one bit at them! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Never bit anyone EVER!! Makes me wonder what they were doing to him. How are you not able to control a 16 year old dog and a blind dog? Sad to say that my normal groomer at Pet-smart does better then what I received here and for less the cost. Paying $75 each dog o would expect better. I also want to mention it took 1 hour to groom both Pomeranians and at a minimum it takes an hour and a half for one dog where ever I go. So that shows this work was rushed and not carefully done with care.
