However, my recent experience with the grooming services at the Petco on Montana Avenue in El Paso truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, I was genuinely wowed by the level of care, attention, and one-on-one customer service my dogs received. The groomers were kind, patient, and clearly attentive to my pets' comfort, which made all the difference. You could really feel that they took pride in their work and cared deeply about the animals. I honestly wish I had known sooner how much the experience can vary between locations, because I would have gladly driven the extra 25 minutes to this Montana Avenue location instead of going to the Northeast location in the past. I highly recommend the grooming services here and will absolutely be bringing my dogs back if I am back in town.

Tractor Supply has been until today my go to place to bath my dog. I arrived around 7:15PM and was…read moretold by an associate they close the bathing unit 2 hours before the store closes to sanitize the area. Nowhere on the website nor anywhere in the store, especially in the dog bathing area is there any signage stating this store's policy. Anyway, I asked to speak to a manager and was directed to Chloe, who was arrogant, smug, condescending and completely unprofessional. I do plan on calling corporate and go talk to the store manager in person. I suspect they were short staffed because someone usually has to clean the area after every dog finishes bathing.
