A couple of Saturdays ago, I was heading home from Burlington and took a more scenic route before hitting Highway 401. I was making a left turn from Steeles Avenue East in Milton, onto Martin Street. I noticed that gas was much cheaper at this Petro-Canada gas station, I made a sharp right turn to stop by. I did need to fill up my car sooner than later. It was a road trip day. I'm glad that I did. Gas was at 130.9 cents a litre. It was roughly six cents lower than the price at my local gas station. This gas station has a convenience store and plenty of gas pumps. The gas pump that I was at was clean and fully operational. I inserted my trifecta of plastic cards (Petro-Points, 407 ETR savings, and credit card). Everything went well. I pumped gas hands-free as I checked things out. Beyond the convenience store looking eastbound is the car wash. It's touchless and had a steady stream of customers. Back at the pumps, I was perhaps one of three people at around 5 pm pumping gas. I got my receipt once I was done and headed into my car. I had a great experience. Petro-Canada - Gas Stations Near Me - Milton, Ontario

I go here on a regular basis and have always been happy with service, plus they have 94 octane gas which I like, plus a car wash. Recently I had an experience that could have been negative but surprised me me in how professionally it was handled. I usually attempt to buy all my gas at Petro Canada as I feel I get better quality and consistent quality fuel there. On Saturday of this past long weekend I had the only problem I have had in over 30 years of filling up with Petro Canada. While using the drive through Car wash ( a car wash I have used many many times) for some reason when the brush on the passenger side went by, I heard a loud crack and upon exiting I realized that my mirror on my Mustang GT had been snapped. I immediately went inside and informed the attendant, who politely directed me to the manager (who turned out to be Mark the Franchisee) who came straight out and filled out a report with me and examined the car. He asked me to get a estimate for the damage. I returned Tuesday after seeing my body guy and having a estimate and I ordered the parts, total damage $235.00. I stopped in to give Mark a copy of the receipt. To be honest I expected to be told that I would hear from him in a few weeks which would turn into forever. Thats what happened when Shell damaged my wife's car several years ago, they never offered a cent, just the run around. However Mark, took the receipt, asked me to wait a moment and came back with a cheque for the full amount! No Hassle, no run around. This is what I call great service. They are always friendly and courteous for day to day transactions at this location but incidents like this really show how good the customer service and respect really is.
