I called less than 2 weeks ago, and set up a time to have our new furnace inspected for the Fall season (We bought a Guardian (York) Furnace and AC unit, directly from Fry, and installed by Fry. (January this year)). We follow Fry's recommendations and have our furnace checked, before the winter weather gets cold, and again every spring the AC is checked. The Fry Service Tech (Chris) called at about 10:45, and said he was running ahead of schedule, and was in the neighborhood, and could he do our Fall Furnace inspection now. (Originally scheduled 1pm). He was here in 5 mins, said he remembered a little about the house, and complimented us on our new furnace. Chris went right to work, removed covers, checked the air filter ("change in the spring"), check wiring, circuits, Voltage, drain tubing, condensation well and pump. Tested the furnace for a cycle, and said "everything looks good, has she been working well for ya?" (Told him we're very happy with it! And it was a good price!) He was done in less than an hour. Then he thanked us for being a customer, put his tool bucket in his Van, and emailed a service invoice before he left the driveway, on to his next service call. We highly recommend Fry Heating and Air Conditioning, for all home Heating and AC needs. Thanks Fry, see you in the Spring!

From a customer service point of view this call we received today was highly unprofessional even tho it did end in them seeming to understand where we were coming from. If the call was to happen it should've started out with I'm sorry for experience how can we improve and not try to be defensive. This caused my review to go from 3 stars down to 2. Communication is key and it can definitely be improved on here. The work that was completed was good but the lack of communication and unprofessional call has left a spur taste in my mouth. Double check your estimates. I had a piece of the requested project left off the estimate after clear communication that it needed to be done. Walked the team through what needed to be done when they got here. At that point you think they'd point out it wasn't part of the estimate but no they waited untill the rest was done and told us it was going to be almost 900 for what was forgotten on the estimate. So make sure you double check for errors because im very frustrated with this because it wouldn't have taken long since most of the pvc is already there . They also charge 3% for every thousand dollars and they did not communicate it at any state in the process of hiring them. ( they didn't charge us because it was not disclosed in the estimate itself) but beware it does exist.

He successfully fixed a toilet, resolved a water pressure issue, and installed a new shower head. He also pointed out an issue that could require service in the future. The issue that had arisen seemed complicated and possibly pricey to fix. Montana at Rooter Right promptly found a sensible solution, one that didn't require tearing out the wall and starting over. He was patient and generous with his time, explaining what had caused the issue, and suggested various options for the fix. I deferred to his professional judgment, and he fixed the problem and secured the handle far better than the original installer had. This was only supposed to be an estimate, but he was so smart and ready for anything that the problem was fixed on the spot and at a very reasonable price. On a personal note, unlike nearly every other home repair person I have worked with, Montana never put down the prior work done to make himself look good. We had water pouring through our ceiling after Jordan did the plumbing for our tub with his son. Our contract stated that he was to come back out to install the plumbing once we worked our way through the project. Once our kids took a bath in the tub, water started pouring through the ceiling and he would not take responsibility. He blamed it on the fact that there were other contractors involved, although the other contractors never touched the tub or the work that he did. He came back out and "fixed the issue" taking no responsibility and paying for not a dime of his mistake. Only for us to patch up the ceiling and it to happen a month later. The issue was a three dollar BEVELED gasket for the overflow drain that he didn't install from the start. It is heartbreaking to go through this as a family when we are saving money to do projects like this-let alone the additional stress of it all. We tried to handle with Jordan and he completely ghosted us-after calling and texting him several times over 6 months-we gave up. A truly heartbreaking situation.
