We went to see Dimitria to get my engagement ring appraised. We were worried about whether or not we overpaid because we purchased it abroad and are basically clueless about jewelry. The ring had an emerald gemstone which made it especially hard for us to know whether or not we got a good deal. Anyway, I scheduled an appointment online but had several questions prior to our meeting. She answered all my emails very quickly and was professional, detailed, and responsive. Our actual meeting was nothing but absolutely positive. Her office was very clean and comfortable and she performed her appraisal right in front of us. She gave us a lot of great information about emeralds, buying jewelry, and what to expect from the whole process. We received our appraisal right away and she even sent me a educational video about emeralds afterwards. I don't have anything negative to say about my experience. I highly recommend Dimitria!
