Lets just say staff at Pete's Pad clearly has no sense of customer satisfaction.... Waited over 45 min on 4 breakfast dishes. when asked about it, was informed that My skillet takes a bit longer and that is the reason for food being prepped for so long....
Anyway... Food finally arrives, we dig in... what a surprise.. skillet was the coldest dish on the table.. Looks like our side dish home fries were forgotten and prepared last while all main dishes sat there and got cold.

Girlfriends French toast - Cold, did not resemble a typical "French toast" . Looked like toast dipped in pancake batter rather than egg. When asked about it.... our answer was "oh its just EGG DRIP, probably just overcooked"
REALLY? so you're okay with serving us overcooked egg

Im afraid folks at Pete's Pad charge you $7 for 3 toasts dipped in processed "egg drip" (probably one of those ready to use egg liquids).... Disgusting

Not only cold but clearly chef does not know how to cook one of those... thing tasted like vinegar.... HELLO you only add a little vinegar to help the chemistry while cooking... not to add taste...
I sound like an as***** but hey you would be mad if you waited this long and got really disappointing.... embarrassing food.
To top it all off.... me and my girlfriend did not eat our food. We waited for our friends to finish and left.
Not only waitress (Older lady, dark short hair) did not apologize for anything. she stood behind their food and fought for the last penny hahaha.
She avoided us after we complained to the point where we had to get up and go see her to get some service...
Anyway, she kept arguing with me that i should be charged for $2.50 side of home fries (Same home fries that slowed the entire order in the first place)
Now, i did not eat anything, i did not come to this restaurant to eat potatoes on a toast !!! My meal was disappointing, i will not eat what ever else was served with it.
Having Restaurant management experience in my past.... It is really sad to see how people get personal and offensive and disregard the only one golden rule - customer is always right. I did not pay your stupid $2.50 for home fries.
If the matter was approached properly... if i was apologized to. If there was something done to satisfy me, i would pay it and i would've left a good tip... despite the food. BUT most importantly i would give the place another chance. .... not any more.
Any good restaurant would not charge me for their crappy food and would fight to have me give them another chance.... nope not @ petes pad ... they just argued and made you hate the place.
Please remember that one bad review will cost you waaaaaay more than your $2.50 ... good day read more
