These are huge and full of smoked flavor while still retaining that crispy skin. Also tried the special of the day which was homemade queso Mac n Cheese. I added smoked brisket on top and it was fabulous! The queso cheese was full of flavor and delivered that nice kick without being overly spicy. The brisket was tender and juicy and complemented the Mac n Cheese perfectly. They also have daily food specials (Tuesday is 10 wings for $10) as well as a great menu of crafted cocktails. Uncle Lyle's has a Touchtunes jukebox. Just download the app, add some credits, and play your favorite music. The brunette working the grill did not wear gloves and she was touching everything. I and all my friends are spending a lot of money on food and drinks, and we are told what type of songs we are allowed to sing, that is sick.
