Upon driving on my way home from a work trip, my car began to act weird and felt hesitant to make the commute home. As I was searching for a repair shop, I stumbled upon this gem and couldn't be happier. Their attention to detail and stellar customer service was exactly what I needed. The owner, Fayau and his team made sure to provide me affordable pricing packages and made sure I was comfortable while the repairs were being made. I really appreciated how transparent they were and as a woman, that was appreciated. All in all, this was a 10/10 experience.

I blindly called this shop looking for someone that could help me with my car's flat tire and I found Omar. What an incredibly kind and decent man. He didn't treat me poorly, didn't talk down to me, and not at all like I was a bother even though I seem to have called prior to the shop's opening. Omar still answered my call, kindly offered his advice, and got right to work on addressing my car's flat tire. I can't thank this kind soul enough for his compassion and understanding and he didn't try to gouge with pricing. To say he was way more than fair is an understatement. There are still kind, honest, helpful people in the world, and Omar is one of them. I'm sorry I didn't ask for the other worker's name. Both men were so efficient and quick in addressing my flat. I wish there were more people in the world like them. My tire is taken care of and I'm back in the road taking care of business. I cannot recommend this business highly enough. There are many similar businesses in this area, but I doubt there are any with as kind of a heart, as helpful, and as efficient. Thank you so much, Omar!

Despite the expensive home audio setup I have at home, I came to this shop with very little knowledge about car audio. Felix at the front desk greeted me immediately and fielded all of my questions and gave me several quotes to best fit my budget as well as my end goal (which was to obtain a high level of clarity and detail by installing aftermarket speakers and amplifiers along with having two 12" subwoofers installed to fulfill my inner basshead). After settling on the right price and components (which were explained to me thoroughly despite my lack of knowledge), we arranged to have my system installed the very next day. Before getting into my car the next day after the installation, I had the chance to meet with Felix again as well as the owner, Tony. Both of them took the time to explain exactly what they installed and why, but more importantly - they explained the level of investment that their technicians put into their work on my car by adjusting each detail to fine-tune the sound to perfection. Turning on my car and hearing my system bring to life the music I have been listening to for the last few years has been an outstanding experience. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, attention to detail and passion for their work.
