Unfortunately, I was involved in a car accident where the driver merged into my lane and sideswiped…read morethe passenger side of my vehicle. After finally being able to prove the other driver was liable, my insurance company issued me a check for the estimated repair cost and estimated repair time (6 days). I made the decision (I now know it was a foolish one) to take my car to Little Dent Collision Center, a small business in my neighborhood. Jimmy, the owner, reassured me that he would return it to me brand new and shining. I dropped my vehicle off on a Wednesday, and he called me on Friday (just 2 days later) stating my car was finished. I was out of town at the time, and so I had a family member pick it up before they closed for the weekend. Seeing my car for the first time post-repairs, I could tell that it wasn't quite right. It did shine, but upon looking closer, many imperfections were noted. A week later, I made an appointment at Honda to have my car serviced. While there, I had a technician at the Honda Turnersville Collision Center take a look at the work. I was highly disappointed and saddened after the technician confirmed it was indeed a poor job. After briefly looking at it, he proceeded to point out so much more that I didn't recognize initially. Stating, the body work was bad as he could see lines, dents, and ripples were the work was done. He also pointed out the dust particles in the paint job, the orange peel, and white compound seen on the car. The technician concluded that everything would need to be redone (remove the paint, smooth out the surface, and repaint), but they usually don't like to fix others work because there could be more to fix, costing me more money. He then suggested I may want to take it back and have them fix it. I immediately left the dealership and went to Little Dent. After discussing with Jimmy all that was wrong with the car, he casually stated it was only orange peel and that it only needed to be buffed out. Frustrated, I scheduled a date (almost 3 months later because he refused to provide a rental) to have him fix it. After dropping my vehicle off, he called me 3 hours later stating it was done. Unfortunately, there was no real change. I pointed out the imperfections to the painter who then went to grab Jimmy. Jimmy came out and insisted it was beautiful, stating "you're being nitpicky". Nitpicky?! I had the option to take my car to Collision Care Caliber, but instead chose to give back to a small business who did poor work and now I'm being called nitpicky?! After seeing my frustration, he handed me the keys stating" he doesn't have time for this today" and said he already put too much money into the car. Before leaving, he offered to redo the whole thing the following week, but I wont be going back. There was no way it would get better if the same people are doing it and if he had to use his money to fix his mess. After seeing my vehicle, I am convinced the people working there are not qualified/trained to provide quality work. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Seek other options.

Absolutely the worst bodywork i have ever seen in my life.Dropped off my car to have some bodywork…read moreand paint done. Jimmy gave me an estimate and then called me half way through the job requesting more money. I agreed. That should have been my first clue that i was in trouble. When i picked car up, Paint was horrible and uneven. Nothing but orange peel. Bodywork was extremely sloppy. I expressed my displeasure and was told that he was not putting any more work into my car. Is this the type of place you want to do business with? Some of the rear chrome trim was never taken off before painting. Just taped off. I have seen vocational school jobs that looked better than this. Do your self a big favor and STAY AWAY FROM LITTLE DENT AUTO BODY.

I will start this review by stating that the body work came out "okay," although it was just minor…read morerear quarter panel damage with some driver side rear door damage, which happened as it sat in a parking lot. However, that is the only positive thing I can say about this place (even though the body work was okay, it blew my mind that they left a white waxy substance on the inside of the gas cap cover which was the first thing I noticed). And instead of parking the car outside the front door where a normal pickup would be, they parked it near Route 42, making sure I got some early-morning exercise in by walking out there. But worse, whoever parked it that far away also parked it so close to a hardscape wall that my door hit the paver wall when it opened; and I did not even open the door that far! Unbelievable -- at a body shop no less!! When I made the appointment (you better be on time!), I immediately felt a sense of gloom and low morale. The guy who handled the estimate was rude, abrupt and overall miserable. Because Labor Day was the following week, they made the pickup date almost 2 weeks from the dropoff date (knowing that I did not have a rental car on my policy, that was hugely inconvenient). Then, I asked the estimator if he could give me a separate estimate for a new bumper, which gets beat up from parking lot concrete blocks that are sometimes too high for the Camry bumpers. His estimate was mind-boggling, extremely high! I also asked, just to have a baseline price, how much a new paint job would be. He outdid himself on that price, also! The worst part may be the woman who works in the front. She had an ice cold personality and I felt she was very nasty and rude (before you even open your mouth to talk). The description "very harsh personality" comes to mind. When she called to tell me it was ready, I felt I was being scolded. (In fact it wouldn't surprise me if I found out she was the one who ordered my car parked far away from the business just out of spite for me mentioning the extra-long time they planned to fix the car. The payment transaction was quick, but that's because she was slamming everything on her desk, moving quickly as she took the payment. I literally could not wait to get out of there!!

I couldn't rate value since my car was hit and was not at fault. So I pad nothing. Car was repaired…read morefaster than expected. Enterprise rental on-site, super helpful. Total time spent dropping off and picking up my car was less than 20 minutes. Only reason they got a 5-star rating is because I cannot give them 6. Very recommended.
