I went to caliber collision to get an estimate, and the young ladies upfront were very kind and helpful, but then there was a short gentleman with black hair and a mustache that was very rude and unpleasant to speak to. He went on to describe how my front hood and bumper are two different colors and they need to be fixed. the front bumper and hood are brand new from Toyota!! He then went on and on about his perspective of what it will all cost @6 k he says. The estimate I came in for is for minor damage on my drivers side door and passengers door where I was side swiped. I told him that he was breathing down my neck to let him know to back off and allow the customer service girls upfront to handle my appointment without him intervening. I then continued to speak with the pleasant girl at the counter about setting up an appointment and all went with with that. I was raised to have manners and respect for people so after setting up the appointment I told the gentleman goodbye in a pleasant tone and I got a cold stare with no response. I then brought up how rude this guy was to the girl up front. Please keep this gentleman away from customer service as his demeanor is not pleasant n is rude. read more

do not take your car here! caliber collision does terrible service! i took my car here and while they attempted to fix the body work there was also damage to my computer system to where all the sensors continued to go off and they were made aware of this when i dropped my vehicle off to them. well the service guy (willie) told me that his girlfriend has a honda and it has the very same issue. i let him know that i had my car for 6 years and never had any issues with the sensors being on constantly until it was involved in a hit and run. willie was very dismissive of my issues and when i called back a week later with the same issue he was adamant that it was something that hondas do. my insurance company wouldn't allow me to take it anywhere else because caliber had already done work so i would have had to take it back to them or foot the bill. this was my first and last time using caliber collision and i will take my car back to bianco's if i ever need any service. if you value your vehicle please find a different shop to take it to. read more

Jim, Danielle, and the regional manager at Caliber Collision in Vineland were kind, efficient, knowledgeable, direct, honest and realistic regarding the repairs to my vehicle after being involved in an accident. The coordination between the insurance company and CC was seamless. My vehicle was done earlier than expected and I received updates regularly prior to it being completed. The good the bad and the ugly. As you can tell by the majority of my reviews, I am more than fair. Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience with this particular facility. I am more than forgiving, but I must be honest so that there might be a chance of salvation for this business. 2 dents in my passenger doors. My insurance company recommended, so I with scheduled with Caliber and brought my vehicle in. I spoke with David on the phone and mentioned that upon arrival, A woman said she would assist me, Covid 19 protocol in place ok. I fill out the paperwork and Jennifer (not quite sure because she didn't give me her name or a card), asked me to fix my cell number so they could send me text updates with pictures everyday. Ok, now I am comfortable. Day 2, my insurance company calls and asks if I dropped the vehicle off and I say yes. Gets me thinking, no text update. This is Tuesday, the friendly no named associate promised text updates. Day 3 Wednesday, no calls no texts and I figure hey, I'll reach out. I call and an unidentified man answers and I inquire about my repair. He says it needs to go to the dealer to aim the camera. Ok, I mention I had not gotten any text updates. He says he can check with Jennifer on that. I get a call back and Jennifer stated she had been sending texts to me. I asked her the number and she was texting the wrong number. Ok, but I had to double check my number twice with her. I am big on communication and honesty. Day 4 (Thursday)!one generic text, no info, ok. I get another notice from my insurance company, so I call. I am informed by a female that my car is coming back from the dealer and they were going to detail it and I could probably pick it up later that day. I call my wife and she will follow me over after work. After not hearing or receiving any texts, I call Friday about the car, a younger guy answers and I explain the situation, no calls, no texted pictures and no answers about my repair. He states that the car is there and just needs to be detailed. I can pick it up later that day. I call my wife again and explain we can pick it up after work, my wife is an RN by the way, her life is a little hectic. I hear nothing all day. Day 6 (Saturday), I wait until 10:00am, they close at noon I believe. I call and talk to Cory, very nice kid. He says the car is not back from the dealer and they don't detail cars on Saturday. I ask him to repeat himself. He states the same thing and I tell him everything to date. WOW is all I can say. Day 7 (Sunday), nothing so my wife and I drive by. My car is not there. The place has all glass doors and we do not see our car.... Day 8 (Monday) I call as soon I think they open. I believe the woman's name was Maribel, not positive on that name though. She states the car is there and needs to be detailed. I explain that we didn't see it the previous day and she said she could not answer. She states the car might be done by the end of the day, I apologized ahead of time for what I was about to say. This is and was ridiculous. After I hung up with her, I text the generic Caliber number and get a response back that states "it is in final clean up we are hoping for 4pm." I text back that is unacceptable and I have been driving my truck and it is not fuel efficient. I, like my wife, have an essential worker job. Miraculously, I get a text at 2:30pm that my car is ready and my deductible is due. All is forgotten, or so I think. I go right there check in hand, look at car and it is clean, repaired to the best of my knowledge. I go inside to pay and the same woman who checked me in was there to check me out. All my paperwork is ready to go. I for some reason jokingly said that I was sorry for being an ass, she responds back and says "don't worry we get that a lot". The two people behind the desk agree with her with nods and verbal acknowledgment. Here's where it took a turn for the worse. "JENNIFER" states "if I would have known you were in such a rush we would have had it sooner". I shake my head and walk out. Not 2 minutes later I get a text thanking me and asked for a survey. She also questioned whether I drive a lot. The pen is mightier than the sword. Today I am putting all of my personal items back in my car, I have a suction cup mounted GPS, as I go to put it on I notice a big chip out of my windshield on the outside, right near the gps location, it clearly was not there when I took the car there because I had just cleaned my windows due to taking off my GPS and cleaned the marks from the suction cup. Caliber does a decent job with their body work. Front desk was extremely kind and helpful. My issue was dropping off my truck with working electronics and having it returned to me with a broken radio head unit and being told I had to prove to them that it was something they did in order to get it fixed. I dropped my truck off with one issue, and picked it up with another. I'd avoid this shop to avoid further headaches. read more

Very bad service. Had to take my vehicle back three time and was treated like I was being annoying. Car was not repaired correctly and I will never refer anyone to this location. If there are mechanical problems besides cosmetic then you should have referred the car out to get that repaired as well. You left us hanging ass the car got worse. Where do I begin. My experience with Caliber was painful. My vehicle was taken in with major damage. After a few estimates (that started very low from the insurance company) to the end estimate by Caliber (which was still very low) I was skeptical. I decided to trust their expert opinion and went along with the repair. After about a month, (which was the estimated repair time) I was told my car was ready to be picked up. It was not, and was continually pushed back. Eventually I was told that it was completed, and returning back from the alignment shop. Before I had a chance to pick it up, Caliber asked me a few questions about the power steering and why my dash lights were on. The dash lights were on due to the accident. At this point I wondered if they had even turned the car on the entire time they had it. A few hours later I was told I would not be getting my car back because the whole steering rack needed to be replaced. The initial accident was with the front driver side wheel and they just figured out the steering rack needed to be replaced!! Its as if they never even pulled the car into the garage. After 2 months of waiting, I finally received my car. The final bill was double what Caliber originally quoted. The car should've been totaled, but the original quote did not reflect that. I drove the car for about a month and noticed major issues with the steering especially while driving in the rain. It was so bad that I had to use a different car during bad weather. Eventually I wore through a brand new tire in about 2 months. I took the car to get realigned. The shop gave me a diagnostics sheet from original numbers to the new numbers they had set. I made a comment to him about having an alignment done from Caliber after the accident and he told me there was no alignment whatsoever on the vehicle. My toe angle was over 4 degrees on both front wheels. I highly recommend to everyone to stay far away from this shop. read more
