They're also able to pick you up from the body shop, which saves you an Uber ride and additional cost. My agent was friendly and helpful. I wanted a compact or econo car so I wouldn't have to pay for a lot of gas. However, they had literally no cars so I ended up with a BMW SUV. While some people might be excited by that, the gas mileage for this vehicle is terrible. Also, if I need to rent beyond what my insurance covers I'll have to pay a much higher rate than the vehicle I wanted, which is annoying. I booked a car in advance weeks ago so I would have assumed they would have had the option I asked for available, but they didn't. That said, the employees here are nice, the space is clean, and the car I got is spotless and looks lovely. They didn't give me many extra charges other than gas and didn't give me a hard sell on the random additional things they offer (like more insurance or satellite radio) which I appreciated. Overall, I would use them again.

Not good Customer Sevice at all. I left after 10 min of this craziness.

My flight arrived 25 minutes early so…read moreI went to the counter 25 minutes before my scheduled pick up time and they casually checked me out and handed me the paperwork, only for me to unfold the paperwork and see that they charged me the equivalent of a half day rental without verbally mentioning the price hike. I went back to address the price discrepancy and the workers were beyond disrespectful and took no accountability for adjusting price without communicating the change to me at checkout. I then sat there for several more minutes until my exact checkout time hit on the clock so I could get my car at the price I signed in the contract. In addition to the horrible customer service, they don't have a selection of cars to choose from at pick up for President Circle members, and they're are all very basic and seemingly old vehicles. My assigned car was a Toyota sedan without Sirius XM. The one good thing was that the cars were onsite at the airport, so the pick up and drop off was quite easy without having to shuttle anywhere. Though I will maintain my Hertz loyalty because my experience is much better elsewhere, I wouldn't rent from this location.l again.

Stand up work and professional people there. Now I forget the guys name who helped me but he takes me to my rental which is a Dodge Charger and I ask him two questions... Does this car have snow tires? He says Yes. Does this car have seat warmers and he says Yes. When I start driving the car, it turns out this car doesn't have seat warmers. I actually got stuck leaving my apt complex from the driveway because the back wheels were just spinning on the ice and not getting traction. Someone coming from behind me got out started to help me, I told them that this car was a rental and they asked me. Why did they give you this car? I said I don't know. I also told them that the car rental spot said the tires were snow tires. The person helping me said, I think they lied to you. Anyways the next day I call in to see if I can trade the car in for a different car because no matter what, this car was skidding all over the place on slow and simple turns. The person I talked to then was someone different to who rented the car out to me, they told me to just drive slow and to take turns easy. That they didn't have a car at the moment to trade me for. So I gave it another day to see how it would go. That night after work, it took me 30 mins just to get my car out of my parking spot on the street. My coworker told me, Ideally you don't want that car because it's a heavy car and if you don't have the right tires, you'll just slide all over the place. Which was happening to me. So the next morning I call in and let them know I'm displeased the my rental that I've had for 2 days already and I would like a new one. The employee was actually helpful and they told me I could go to the Enterprise at Boise Airport and they will have a car for me. The manager at the airport was very professional, she let me check out the new car before she gave me the keys. She even told me she checks tires everyday and told me the tires to the Dodge Charger were actually very bad and she was surprised they rented me the car out and told me that they were snow tires. I wasn't shocked. The new rental was a Toyota Camry and you could tell the tires kicked a**. I was very pleased with the traded in rental but very bummed out by the lack of effort and care from the Enterprise off 222 S Auto Dr. Boise, ID 83709. Why not let the customers choose the car they want? Why not help them out when they aren't satisfied with a rental?

    I recently was in an accident, and had to rent a car for a little over one month. The first car…read moregiven got a flat tire, and when I reported the flat tire to enterprise I was told to just try and fill it up. I did that and it kept getting flat, so then I was told to take it into a tire place ( had to take off of work) where they told me there was something lodged in the tire. When they finally agreed to put me in another car, I showed up and they didn't have any available. I was sent to the other location where I waited for almost 1 hour to be switched into another vehicle. When I returned the car and reviewed my receipts there were numerous mistakes charged on my card. When I tried to fix this with them, I was treated poorly and I still haven't been charged correctly. Keep in mind that they add on a charge of 6 percent of your final bill as well.

Even though there wasn't an associate at the Alamo counter, another counter associate motioned me over and was able to help me. My reservation was confirmed and I was assigned a car that happened to be the same make and model of my personal vehicle, that was super convenient! I was given the keys and sent on my way. Be aware that the signage over the BC door as you exit the terminal states that you need both the keys and the contract, you don't. The contracts are emailed to you at a later date. (It has been 3 days since I returned the car and I still don't have it) There is no intervention with anyone out in the lot, you find your car from the letter and number on keyfob, check the car for any previous damage, and drive away. I was able to get everywhere that I needed all weekend and that was awesome! Renting the car was less expensive than getting Ubers to get around. Returning the car was super easy as well, an associate verifies the mileage and confirms what you chose regarding gas, I took advantage of their filling option so that I didn't have to gas it up. At that point I was good to go! The process was very easy from making the reservation to returning the car, I would highly recommend it!

Called when the car broke down and they said the tow truck driver would take two people to the rental company to get a new vehicle and then hung up on me. Tow truck driver said he was only taking the vehicle to a different state and was not authorized to give anyone a ride. Customer service hung up on me three times when I tried calling back to get a ride or a new vehicle. First customer service person said they would send an uber then hung up before I could ask any questions, but instead sent a link I could not use because I had very limited service at the location, with no internet service. Second person said there was nothing they could do, I needed to call 911 for assistance, then hung up on me. Third customer service representative said if I didn't have service to get a link to request an uber there was nothing they could do. On the fourth call I finally got someone that helped: she requested a ride but then called me back saying because of my location (on the side of a highway) they would not pick us up, that I needed to get to a safe location for pickup (closest town was many miles away on a 2 lane highway). Thankfully we had family that could drive the 1 hour each way to get us, and they had to take 2 trips for the 6 people and our luggage, and take us to our Airbnb. We went to the air bnb rather than a random drop off as it had already been 3 hours of dealing with the runaround and I did not want to be stuck again at a random place with no means of travel. Once at the Airbnb we called again for them to send an uber and was told I was outside the 50 miles they would cover and I would be required to pay out of pocket. When I declined they figured out a way to get a new rental to me that evening, with the new tow truck driver having to also fight on my behalf to pick up the new rental, as Alamo was showing I had already gotten the car. My first call when the vehicle lost power was at 3:25 pm. The first tow truck driver came and took the broke down vehicle at 5:00. The first helpful person I was able to speak to was at 4:45, and 7:30 for the person that finally set up the car to be delivered to me. The new vehicle was delivered at 11:30 pm. We were fortunate that we had family in the state that could assist or we would have been stranded on the side of a highway for 8 hours and would have had to walk many miles along a two lane, windy highway to get to a place to be picked up, with two seniors, two little children, along with our luggage and car seats. Of the seven customer service representatives I spoke to, four were very rude and hung up on me, only three actually helped and were responsive. We were in town for a wedding we were in and we missed the wedding rehearsal and dinner. I understand vehicles are unpredictable, but as a business that it's sole purpose is vehicles, the way the situation was handled was unprofessional, rude, and caused a lot more pain and suffering than should have ever happened
