I spent in auto repairs over the last year 2023/2024 $3000.00 dollars for various repairs on my…read more1990 Chrysler Imperial. The reason I spent that amount was Siron automotive performed exceptionally until March of this year. With Boss Hoss and the skill that their mechanics have, they gave up this last time and charged me $1200.00 dollars for a car that does not run. It was running when it was delivered in March. It needed a few things done, including a leaking fuel rail. After 3 months, I get a call, "You can come pick up your car, we cannot fix the fuel rail, and I do not want to burn down my garage trying to align the front end." Hog wash! You tube as everyone does now, there are numerous videos of this aluminum fuel rail being retrofitted, fixing the care. There is one by Moparguy who gives step by step instructions with video, a two day job. They just were tired of messing with it and did not want to take the time to repair it. Again, if they can build the Boss Hoss bikes, they could repair a fuel rail in a 1990 Imperial with the standard 3.3 V6 Chrysler put in anything with wheels for 10 Years. I was a loyal customer believing in Tim and his team. Not so much now when I shelled out almost $3000.00 dollars for a car that could have been repaired. I already have spoken to a mechanic who looked at the video and said easy fix.

The parts on the quote were marked up massively--some over 100% compared to normal prices--and the amount of work they claimed was needed didn't line up with what I was later told by another shop. It felt like they were trying to sell me everything possible rather than what was actually necessary. I understand businesses need to make money, but this went far beyond fair pricing. This felt misleading and honestly predatory. If you come here, do NOT agree to any major repairs without getting a second opinion first. And even then I wouldn't after seeing the other reviews.

I called Jay and he stated they probably needed to be reprogrammed with the new tires. I specifically asked if my daughter needed an appointment or if she could just pop in for that. Jay stated she could pop in anytime. She went on Tuesday and they turned her away. They told her to come back Thursday at 2:30. She did and those people let her sit and wait 2 HOURS and never touched her car!!!! No notes in the system, no reprogramming, not even a diagnostics! Really unbelievable that they wanted my husband and I's money but jacked our 21 year old daughter around because they think they can! We will never use them again.
