Serious improvement needs to be made with customer service......I was treated rudely and actually felt threatened. The diagnosis was made incorrectly by the owner, but he tried to refuse refunding my money for what he recommended I purchase, which, did not fix the problem. Rudely suggesting that if I needed anything fixed I should go to Staples does not a good business person make.......I will drive to Ottawa for any future computer needs. read more

To make a long story short, they went above and beyond the call of good customer service for me. They dumped my hard drive onto a portable and mailed it to me , even stored my computer for several weeks, graciously waiting for me until I could figure out what I needed to do with it. As i was overseas. They made a very effective suggestion that was less expensive than our ideas, executed it well, and did it with courtesy and a smile In a day and age where good customer service seems as mythical as Unicorns and Jabberwockys, I think it's so important to give credit where it's truly deserved. read more
