I owned that vehicle for 3 years before selling it. It was the second car I ever bought, but it was the first good one I had. I found the staff at Wallace to be honest and up-front, which is hard to find from used car sellers. They got the vehicle safety-checked and licensed, and when it was ready, even sent someone to pick me up so I could complete the transaction and take the car home. I found a 2015 Lexus that looked exactly what i was looking for. Next was the part i think everyone dreads and that is calling to get information about the vehicle. The coolest thing was I actually spoke with the owner he didn't pressure me or ask personal questions he just answered my questions. I looked around online his asking price was more then reasonable so decided to make appointment to take for test drive. He offered for me to take the car by myself but i asked him to come with me as i drove found a few issues. Which , i used to deal with him so got the car exactly what i wanted to pay for it. Now what really surprised me and made me write this review is just how well he treats his customers. He actually does more then an actual Ontario Safety Check requires. So even though by Ontario standards the brakes didn't need to be replaced he replaced them Plus rotated the tires and balanced them. I told the salesperson that they had to sell me the car, for what was on the sticker, regardless if it was a mistake or not, his response was, well i guess you can call the BBB, OR the DMV, I'm thinking you have to be kidding me, what's so funny about the whole thing, I pulled the ad again today 3/7/16 and the car is still on there, the sticker on the window $13,995, but the ad says $14,995, so what this really tells you is, they really don't care about there customers, and makes you wonder, how many other people they did this same thing too, sorry for so much of a rant, but had to let it out, will never buy a car from them EVER. The car was very low km's but when the offer to purchase was sent there had been a typo in the listing so it was actually 27,000 km instead of the listed 22,000 km which was a bit disappointing. Also, I requested that the car be fully charged when I picked it up so I could confirm that the battery was in good working order but was informed while in transit to Ottawa that the charger wasn't working and that there wasn't time to replace it before I arrived. So I ended up buying the vehicle not sure whether the electric battery was working and it took me 2 weeks and several trips to the local Ford dealership to get a replacement charging cable (under warranty). My wife and I are happy with the vehicle but experienced some stress regarding the above issues.

Upon arrival I noticed the vehicle was much more damaged than they told me. A man came out to greet me and I informed him I had emailed the owner, the man claimed it was his "brother." I asked if I could test drive, he said not a good idea. I asked why, he said well... the radiator is possibly leaking and possibly oil too and that there was undercarriage damage. Obviously the car was not in shape to drive at all. The man said, well we dont have confirmation of the radiator or the oil leak - some "customer" claimed it did and that he had the car running for an hour with no problems. I asked if he ordered parts to fix it since it's listed for sale, he said no. Said we could take it down the road about 10mins down and come back, but not allowed to take it on the highway. We took it down the road maybe 5 miles before we noticed the car was pulling to the right, we pulled over to turn around and come back. check engine light immediately came on "turn off engine, oil level too low." Pulled over, shut the car off for a few mins and noticed a bad smell and it was leaking oil. We could see the oil dripping. Turned the car back on to drive back and the light came back on with a coolant smell. drove the car with hazards back on. Made it back to the lot, i looked under the car to see why it was pulling to the right and there was obvious damage to the control arm. (damage not told about) Just to be clear, this vehicle is for sale online does not mention radiator leak, oil leak, or steering problems. I emailed the owner before coming out. This is not just a car lot, it's a mechanic shop too which common sense would tell me they know how to fix cars, right? We never met or saw this "brother" Either this mechanic shop doesn't know how to properly fix and diagnose vehicles, or they are purposely misleading and lying to consumers. Beware of this shop. I couldn't get an honest answer about anything from this guy. Super shady. Stay away!!!!!

You go there and there is no office to sign papers in we did it on the hood of the vehicle. I know I should have read the contract before signing but he was so pushy to get a signature all he said is everything is good all we need to do is the safety it and change it over to Me!! So I signed not reading the fine print this car was actually rebuilt!! Well, we got our money back and I would never recommend this garage or car sales to anyone!! BUYER BEWARE!!
