Unheard-of from most Freightliner shops. My previous experiences with DEF problems usually end up being in shop for 3 days to 1 week. By the way, the US government really messed up with DEF requirements because of the cost of repairs companies are incurring. They have friendly staff and very comfortable drivers room. They also have laundry machines and showers. PLEASE, some of you drivers use the showers because some of you smell really bad.

When I finally brought this pattern of behavior to the service manager's attention, he couldn't care less. Rather than listening to customer feedback, he immediately became argumentative, claiming the services were manufacturer-recommended before he even bothered to check what kind of vehicle I drive. Save your hard-earned money and take your business to an honest mechanic who respects your boundaries and your wallet.

My transmission needed to be replaced, they arranged for a ride to pick up a rental car. When the work was completed I flew back Madison on a Thursday, they provided a Lyft pick up at the airport. 25 miles from the dealership my car began to act up again, returned to Zimbrick and they immediately began extensive testing on the vehicle. I was in Madison at the dealership Thursday afternoon, and most of the day Friday. During this time I was provided with a Nissan Kick to drive, and Quinton, Cody and Dave the Service Manager went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They also covered the cost of my hotel! I was so impressed with the integrity, treatment and kindness that was shown to me, as well as observing the courtesy shown to the other customers by Neal, Cody and Quinton, I decided to trade my Juke in and purchased a 2026 Rogue. Dave introduced me to their salesmanBrook Green, who helped me decide on the best Rogue package and financing for me. Trevor handled the financing, all where extremely helpful, and did everything possible to get me the lowest pricing they could. So I drove almost six hours round trip to see the car only to find out the power convertible top mentioned twice in their advertising did not operate. Not only did it not operate, they knew it didn't work and lied to me just to get me in the door. This dealership misrepresented the car and if they did it once you can be assured it's a habit of theirs. In hindsight probably a good thing the top didn't work because who knows what else they were trying to hide! I would rate Kayser Ford a total sleaze lot!
