Her bedside manner is second to none: kind, compassionate, and patient in a way that's rare to find these days. She never rushes, she listens deeply, and she explains everything in a way that makes you feel seen, heard, and understood. It's like talking to a trusted friend who just happens to be an incredibly skilled OB/GYN. Every visit, I walk away feeling reassured and cared for. She takes the time to answer every question, no matter how small, and has this unique ability to calm nerves and build trust. I literally cannot say enough incredible things about Dr. Boero. I have never felt more safe and understood with anyone more than Dr. Boero. I don't know how to thank her for all that she has done for me. All I know is that I am extremely lucky to have her as my OBGYN and will always be thankful to Dr. Boero.

The staff has been consistent and responsive - well beyond most Dr. Offices. Previously, I had cervical fusion/decompression surgery and lumbar decompression at UCSF. Every day I wish with all my heart that I'd gone with Dr. Su for those. It's hard not to blame myself because I'm convinced if I'd gone with Dr Su initially I wouldn't be left with cervical chronic pain. Dr Su's approach is to do the most minimal surgery because you can always do more, but can't correct surgery that shouldn't have happened. In my case, this lumbar fusion and reconstruction Dr Su did on November was to correct the first aggressive lumbar decompression at UCSF. I'm now 6 weeks post surgery and feel like I'm getting my life back! Nerve recovery has been difficult and painful, and the staff has been incredible at addressing it. For the first time I feel like I'm part of a team working to heal me. Shout out to PA's Connor and Julie, and Anna and Bruno for back office support. One more thing to consider...the practice consists of several high quality doctors that offer supporting procedures adjacent to surgery.

Review for Dr. Naidu and Dr. Su…read more Apologies for the delay in writing this review--but my gratitude has only grown with time. Thank you, Dr. Naidu, for truly changing my life. One of the things I appreciated most was how honest and transparent both you and Dr. Su were with my prognosis. Your directness allowed me to make informed decisions without false hope, while still feeling heard and respected. You didn't just prescribe a path--you listened to my concerns and worked with my choices. The main reason I chose to fly from Los Angeles--despite the costly flights and hotel stays--was because you believe in starting with conservative care before jumping to surgery. That meant everything to me. Although Dr. Su thought my lower back MRI showed serious issues, he still agreed to try epidural injections first. Thankfully, I only needed two. Those injections gave me my life back. Before meeting you both, I had been off work for six months. Every provider I saw in L.A. pushed for surgery. As a nurse, I've seen patients come back years later with even more pain after surgery. I know surgical techniques have evolved, but I wasn't ready to take that step without a team I could trust--and I trust you both. Just three weeks after my first injection, I returned to work. I'm on my feet 12 hours a day, and I was finally able to do it again. Thank you--truly. My husband got his wife back. My kids got their mother back. Before treatment, I looked and felt ten years older. Now, I feel like myself again. I had been managing well with just Tylenol and ibuprofen for the occasional mild pain. But I made the mistake of seeing a chiropractor recently, and everything changed. My MD ordered a new MRI, and now both my neck and lower back are flaring up again. So--my next visit with you is already booked for August, flights and hotel included. I'm hopeful once again. Lastly, Dr. Naidu--thank you for fitting me in on my first consultation. When I look back, we laugh now about how I begged you to give me that first injection right away. You told me to be there at 8 a.m. because you had a small gap in your schedule--but what you didn't know is that I was already parked outside your building by 7 a.m. I wasn't going to miss that appointment. Best decision I ever made. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! Dr. Su--I'll never forget when you looked at my MRI and said, "Oh no... your back is messed up. The epidural won't give much benefit." You had such a straight face that I thought to myself, Oh no... if he can't help me, I'm in deep sh--. But despite that, you still advocated for me. You spoke to Dr. Naidu, and he gave me a life-changing injection. THANK YOU. Just two injections--and I've been doing well ever since! Please, don't give me that look again when you see my MRI this time. Words alone can't express how grateful I am. Thank you.

Over a year ago, I became pregnant with…read moremy 1st and about halfway through my dr. visits, I had Dr. Cardellini because my regular dr. was not available. I was so impressed that I made sure I saw her each time going forward and that she would deliver my son, Drake. I consider myself a high maintenance on the crazy side patient (low pain tolerance, asks a lot of questions) and I have sensed frustration with other doctors who have had me as a patient but not Dr. Cardellini. She has a warmth about her, an authentic concern. The main reason I switched to Dr. Cardellini is I feel she is really flexible with her opinions. She definitely knows her stuff and will express it but she listens to me and is willing to consider the emotional side of things and to even risk judgement of her peers (which is extra impressive considering she is "newer" to the group) and support her patient in choices that may not be the norm. For instance, the group agressively wanted to induce me and she listened to me and eventually became supportive in my decision to take things a bit further, even though it was not the 'standard' expected route. She is not a risk taker, in fact more on the conservative side - BUT she is willing to hear out the patient and take things on a case by case basis. I am not sure this is the norm within the group. I feel very at ease with Dr. Cardellini. She delivered my baby and yet gave me all the credit. I think my delivery was a success (despite 28 hrs of labor!) because of her presence which gave me confidence. Plus she laughed at all my husbands nervous jokes and attempts! Dr. Cardellini is a breath of fresh air to this otherwise (in my opinion) semi-stodgy practice. She warms things up there and maybe, hopefully, the others will take notice and start treating patients more like people with warmth, approachability and open minds. p.s. I must add - since I have been a patient over the course of 10 years the front desk has drastically changed for the better. They are friendly on the phone and quickly get back to you on things and seem to be happier with their jobs, therefore more friendly with the patients.

Dr. Congdon has had fibromyalgia, and that real understanding of what it really feels like to deal with this disease and that makes a huge difference. She's also well connected with communities of Fibro suffers and encourages you to connect with people who know what you are going through and have been through what you are going through. It's worth it.
