I scheduled a 90-minute "sanity signature" massage and specifically wanted medium to firm pressure with a focus on my hip and back. My friend booked an aromatherapy massage and wanted light pressure focused on her shoulders. When we got to our separate rooms, it quickly became clear that our therapists had mixed us up. Mine asked if I wanted aromatherapy, and after I corrected her, she didn't ask any follow-up questions. She ended up spending over half of the session on my right shoulder, barely addressing my back or hip, which was the whole reason I booked. Meanwhile, in my friend's room, once they realized the mix-up, her therapist asked detailed questions about her preferences. However, she still didn't actually receive an aromatherapy experience. She said the closest thing to it was just lotion. After comparing notes, we realized what likely happened: my friend had written down that she wanted focus on her right shoulder, which explains why my therapist spent so much time there instead of following my requests. Another small thing, the website mentions a cash discount, but it's only $5, which felt a bit misleading. Overall, the quality of the massage itself was pretty subpar compared to other Thai massages I've had. If you don't have much to compare it to, it might be fine, but as someone who regularly gets Thai massages, this didn't meet expectations. Additionally, the room was really bright and cold, and the music was really low. I'm honestly on the fence about going back. I had made an appointment but we arrived 15 ish minutes early and were still seen immediately. As a fan of Thai Massage, this regular massage was a lot more enjoyable from a pain perspective. Actually relaxing rather than energizing but still effective after you walk out the door. Everyone was very nice, and we received services for the full hour. Given the cash price, this was a very good experience for the value, and I would definitely consider coming back the next time I'm looking for a more relaxing massage rather than an energizing one.

My overall impression was that the business owner was unprepared for my visit and had an employee who isn't actually trained in massage perform the massage. I tipped the person who performed the massage 20% because I honestly just felt bad that she clearly had tried but didn't actually know how to do a massage.

I had suddenly ton's of acne too embrassed to even post some pics but I will! It just appeared out of nowwhere one day when I woke up and it was so awful I couldn't even feel confident to go out ,I didn't know what happened or how. I went to Joane and she helped me with some trial products, simple stuff, moisturizer, cleanser etc, and we tried that for 2 weeks, when that didn't work too well, she added glycolic acid wash, and lotion, and it started to clear! It took a good 1-2 months but I stuck with her routine and even did a facial with her. Now let me tell you about the facial! My goodness, this is heaven made in a room. It was relaxing, and thorough, she gives the best neck/shoulder massage, and she cleansed and nurtured my skin removing all the impurities, I think that also helped speeden the healing process. I ran out of a product and got stuck at home with little flexibility to go grab more and Joane drove to my house an delivered the products, this is a person that cares about her clients, she is expensive but she is not money hungry, you will pay happily whatever you need to because you know she is very fair and thoughtful.
