This 5 star review is for employee Brad. This location has free WiFi but i could not sign on my laptop because we could not find the "I Agree to Terms". Brad spent about 10 min on his knees at my table trying to find it, finally he got me on HIS WAY. I used PPP coupon for Lunch special which to me a senior is $7.12 for pizza buffet and includes a fountain drink. I only eat at PPP Corporate stores, because only Corporate stores have the three salads, one of which i come to the buffet for, the Caesar Salad ! Check out my photo of how much cheese this location puts on the Caesar Salad!!! I only eat The Works Supreme, extra thin crust cooked extra crispy. Did you know you can request pizza built however way you like for lunch buffet. Staff is extra nice here. They bring the pizza slices I ordered to my table and they even come to my table and check up on me. Manager hired the right personalities. I used to really enjoying popping in but holy cow they have become a total scam and need to update their games. 8 of their games were broken or out of order on my last visit. The sink it game on the left hand side was not giving tickets, the drop it game would take your money but didn't release the ball, the coin pusher game was broken, the monster drop game would give less tickets than where the ball was landing (I landed in the 6 it gave 3 and I landed in the 4 and it gave my 2 tickets), the wood chop was broken (still is), one of each of the driving games had an out of order side, etc., the restaurant it's always clean ands the employees friendly but the games needs a while revamp INCLUDING not being so stingy with the tickets. In the game has far better games and good deals through out the week. I'll probably skip the summer pass at Peter piper in the future read more

I love Peter Piper Pizza. I'm talking. I've gone the last three decades across the country and enjoy the atmosphere and the food. On this visit, however I went for a buffet trip and the dough was not the same as a matter fact it was too chewy, as in they didn't cook the pizza all the way. I'm hoping it's just one of those off days, but I couldn't even finish the crust and was just munching on the toppings, which is why I say the pizza was undercooked as the toppings were questionable in taste as well. I like a thin crust pizza - so this scored a few points for that. Good amount of sauce, but not very flavorful. No garlic, no basil or other Italian spices detected in the sauce. Plenty of toppings, good breadsticks, fresh cut salad and they use Ken's Steakhouse dressing which is really good - over all good but not fantastic. If I had kids maybe I could live with the pizza as is. Still looking for the best pizza in this area. It's definitely not here. read more

Pizza is great for kids. They were out of salad so that's why the 3 stars. Breadsticks were a bit crunchy but the zucchini was good & the game area well maintained and mostly working. Can't believe this but....their pizza is really good! I resisted taking our young son here because I assumed the food wouldn't be good. Well, I was wrong! Pepperoni pizza was delicious, perfectly cooked and the crust was crispy - perfect! Tons of pepperoni too! Sauce was fresh and a little sweet. So good!! Wings are very good as well. They came out a bit on the warm side so knocking off a star for that. Employees are very nice and helpful. Place is clean. When we were there it was relatively quiet with no big birthday parties. We ordered a medium pizza and 5 cups, and the total was $ 38.56. We paid with$40, and Zadrian wouldn't give us our change back until we asked for our receipt. Then he gave us the change. Later, we went back to the counter and asked Zadrian how much it was to jump on the trampolines. He said $10 for each person. I handed him $20 and asked him if that was it. He said yes, so we waited at the trampoline section for him to open it. He never did. I went to go tell him if he could open it, and he said, "Oh yeah you guys ran off before I can give you guys the wristbands and socks." When I clearly asked him after I gave him the money if that was it, later I asked the employee standing in the trampoline section if my sisters can get out to eat and get back in after. She said yes, they can get whenever they want. Just to tell an employee to open it, later my sisters asked them to open it, and they said no for some reason. I went to the counter to ask for my money back, and she said, "Hold up, let me go get someone." Zadrian came out and asked me what do you want now. I said I want my money back since they won't let them in. He said they can lay down, and I stayed okay, but I want my money. He said I'll just let them back in. While in Prescott today my kids saw a Peter Piper and begged to go. It's been quite a while since we've went and they love to check out new places. It looked pretty empty so I felt better taking them in today. I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean it was and employees sanitizing when we walked in. We ordered the two large pizza meal with breadsticksWe also had a side salad and hot wings. We upgraded to xl pizzas for a few dollars more along with some tokens and drinks. It was definitely last time for me. Unbelievable policy for a pizza place. Especially an overpriced establishment to begin with! I wanted to order The pizza and play deal. Kids didn't want pepperoni. Honestly this place has gotten worse and worse. The games are terrible and don't have much payout for tickets. 25 machines and most are money eater games (ie, drop coins), the only game that pays out is the golden empire game and it has a line always to play. They don't have great prizes and the employees seem to not give a flying F about anything. Store needs to stop grabbing for money and let people have fun and get some good prizes. This is Prescott's best kept Lunch Buffet. For under $8 bucks you can fill up on freshly made pizza. The staff is so nice that they will accommodate your requests for the kind of pizza you would like to see on the line. I love eating here and if you go during lunch it is usually not filled with screaming kids, mostly seniors and adults who know the best pizza buffet in town. My favorite place made even better by the epic staff and manager who have been there for as long as I can remember. read more

This place has given me food poisoning twice! I only know that because i have gone to two separate children's birthdays here. The most recent was on Saturday December 5th, 2015 at 11 AM. I got sick after eating here on both occasions. I thought maybe its something else. Well today i ate some left over pizza from this location and i got sick again! Something is seriously gross here. Its a shame because its a great place for kids. Not only did i get sick but my whole family did as well and some of our friends that were there.Trust me do not go here. It's definitely something with their inability to handle their hygiene when working with food. It wouldn't be their establishment if this didn't happen to me 3 times from eating there!
