Always pleasant and zero attitude. They we're never far from site and always proactive when I needed them. Barb was the best. We decided to live with it since we had privacy and quiet being at the end of the hall. Then the following morning that all changed. Shortly after 8am remodeling construction on the 4th floor, 2 floors above, could be heard from our room. Drilling and hammering non-stop. After bringing it to the attention to the front desk luckily they agreed to move up to the opposite end of the same floor. Now for the room itself. The room is very dated with very old carpeting and furniture. For me the bed was comfortable with good linens. The TV was surprisingly small at about 32". Gratefully we had a working minifrig. Neither the walls along the bed or nor the side table next to the bed had any exposed electrical outlets. The room would have been OK but we had to stay for 3 nights for a conference and that was too long given the condition of the room. I felt like I was staying in a motel 6 level room. I would have given this resort 1 star but instead gave it 2 stars because staff did their best to accommodate guests to the best of their ability.
