I've been looking all around for a perfect venue something that offers so much beauty. I always wanted a garden wedding but when I saw this venue I was in love. It's basically like a garden to me even tho it's a ranch because this has so much plants PLUS they have animals! They have black Labradors & they're so well trained! Super cute plus we also rented a horse for photos! He was such a sweet horse! Overall, My wedding was magical and dreamy. It was so perfect. I could say so much more but perfection would be the best to define it. Pros: the package you pay for includes food, service, assistants/servers, casita/bridal suite, grooms suite, whole ranch to use, lots of space for parking, aisle walking distance to the barn for reception, chairs, tables, & etc. it's a good package deal. Cons: I wouldn't say it's cons but more like what's not included in the package: coordinator, photographer, bartender, decoration, dessert/cake, florist, dj, music equipments, and liquor/alcohol for reception. Basically you would need to find your own for those but it is not bad and it's easy because she has a whole list for you to choose from when you sign up for the venue and contract. Cons also would be the darkness after the reception haha but it's manageable. Others cons would be no signal for the most part but it's a good thing so people focus on the day and not social media/phone connection. I wanted it unplugged anyway. I have no complains though. It was just BEAUTIFUL & I had lots of out of state guests & they all loved it! They complimented how beautiful my wedding was & the venue made it more magical and dreamy. The food was delicious. Carolyn is such a kind hearted, beautiful person inside and out. I loved her since the first day I met her until my wedding and even until now. She is a sweetheart & responds to email quickly. If I can give more than 5 stars I would. I love this venue so much. It holds such a special place in my heart. Thank you, Carolyn and your wonderful team. We had such a wonderful time. God bless

We could not even check in to that motel for the lack of customer service! AT the second place we found , we got checked and it looked clean. But had a bad ant problem and we were bit all NIGHT. Third time is the charm! The customer service here at CREEKSIDE LODGE and CABINS was amazing! She heard my frustration, she listened to my woes, she had me checked in to a clean spacious cabin in no time. The rustic room was clean and comfortable, with all the things we needed! The outside deck is the perfect place for morning coffee, or late night night cap! To top it off we had dinner with a large group at the on site restaurant. The service was wonderful, Ava was so sweet tending to each persons order just like your best friend would. The food was great! I had a burger that was out of this world. My husband had the all you could eat fish, he was not disappointed. All the while it seemed locals and guests alike were enjoying the bar and pool tables. The sign showed live music and karaoke nights, both on the outside patio and inside it the spacious dinning room. I know I have gone on and on, but for us it was just the best place. I sweet place in an unexpected place. FIVE out of FIVE!

This is a great community fair for the family…read more I love the rodeo. And the quilts and artwork. There are some fun vendors, good tacos and kettle corn. Right now I'm seeing an auction. This is a great event, they have good bands and entertainment as well. The kids can enjoy as much as the adults. Plus they have a great carnival.

Today it hosts the annual Yavapai County Fair with a rodeo, vendors, entertainment, food, music, exhibits, animals, and a carnival. I love how many of the vendors are in shade underneath the original seating area for viewers of the horse races. Located up near the top, the selling happens above those fair goers watching the rodeo action in the arena area below. There are usually several different entertainers strolling around the fairgrounds entertaining guests. This year they even had James Reid instructing fair goers on how to juggle balls, spin plates, yo-yo, or use a diablo. Very cool and educational. There is usually a magician, too. Godfrey the Magician and Louie Foxx in recent years have done amazing strolling (close-up) magic as well as held shows to entertain larger groups. Brown's carnival never disappoints either. Plenty of rides for kids of all ages. The main stage always has great acts like Ned LeDoux or The Doo-Wah Riders. Weather can be crazy some years but there is plenty of cover if it starts to rain. Most years we have visited the weather has been beautiful and the daily sunsets just add to the experience. We love going through all of the exhibits and learning more about the people in the surrounding communities. Definitely worth a visit.

I do occasionally wish they had been a little quicker to reply or maybe a little bit more forward thinking in their response to the pandemic, however crazy year so I can't hold them to blame at all. My husband and I rented the complete venue for the full weekend. Best thing we could've ever done, it felt like the venue was really ours we could get really comfortable and at home there it was a great opportunity for our family and friends to mix and mingle. They were extremely accommodating, the workspace was super helpful to have, we were able to kind of set up slowly and deliberately I did everything myself, so just that freedom and flexibility was incredible. We absolutely love the venue itself I can't imagine having my wedding anywhere else, unfortunately we didn't get to have my complete wedding vision due to Covid in the lockdown. I was hoping for a wedding parade and post ceremony or post reception pub crawl. Again not their fault. I'm just saying this location has a ton of untapped potential. Husband and I both agree, we would love to come back here and throw a redo wedding or and or anniversary party someday. Beautiful family run business great concepts the hotel rooms were amazing - though some guests suspected it was haunted. I asked how that could be and she stated that she was still working on a price so nothing as set in stone.i reminder her that I asked if I could leave a deposit and that she said it was set . I found all three at the Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel is located around 300 yards from Main Street and close to all attractions. The inside of the hotel is clean and so was the room. As I walked around I got a decent lunch at the hotel and as I looked out the window I saw kids and parents at the hotel enjoying themselves at the private splash pad. There is a clean pool and Jacuzzi you can jump into. After walking around and exploring the town I made my way back to the hotel and had a restful sleep. The price for a night was not bad and they do have a military discount. Take my word for it this is a perfectly located hotel and it's clean.
