We got the membership for $60 for two months

01-15-26 I had such an amazing experience! Alex the cashier provided truly excellent customer service from start to finish. He patiently answered all of my questions, took the time to explain every option clearly, and genuinely guided me toward the best membership for my family's needs. I never felt rushed or pressured. It was my first time at Peter pitter pizza and we will definitely be coming back and I'll also recommend this place

    :)

I always forget how awesome Peter piper is!! So spacious, clean , fast and we always have a blast :) The manger Alex was terrific, recommend a good package and made a small celebration big with little time ! The staff was also very nice:)

Inflation is here to stay, and our accustom to certain dealios are out the door. This is the only Peter Piper location in the area, after living in Arizona, where they are just as common as say Chuck-E-Cheese is in California. The once cheap lunch buffet during the weekdays went from $8.49-$8.99, which included a drink, to a whopping $10.99 and an additional $3.49 for a drink. My advice is to skip the coke and drink some agua instead! The items available in the salad bar are minimal at best, and it seemed like the containers were duplicated items instead of different toppings. Don't let the lunch buffet price tag fool you. Just because the price increased, it doesn't mean that this place isn't popping with customers. We had arrived right at 11 am for buffet, and it must've been a good 20-25 minutes before we even got to the register to pay, with the line reach the door. The game coins are no longer $20 for $100, I believe it is somewhere along the lines of $15 for 50 coins (don't quote me). The sad, the ugly and the bad. WHERE HAVE ALL THE COUPONS GONE!! If you are frugal like me, you live for those steal deals - but it seems that those days are long gone. I was able to snag a $1.00 off the buffet, but not coupons for coins for the arcade. The tables haven't changed much, and this location is pretty well stocked with enough seating to have multiple parties. The arcade games have changed a bit, and the price per game has increased. The prizes are something found on wish or the dollar store and definitely not worth the $50 it cost for those 1,000 tickets items. I normally come here for a mother/son lunch date and spend quality time winning tickets so he can get some items at the prize counter. Staff is always friendly. They do custom pizzas if you ask during buffet, which is a huge plus.... as they seem to not always have cheese pizza readily available, and they call out the pizza when ita ready. The downfall is that the prize counter consistently goes unmanned, which leads to unorganized lines and rude patrons who feel their child has priority. They do try and use multiple calculators, but it doesn't help much. Will probably still come here during buffets. I sure hope they start offering coupons again!

I grew up eating PPP in Texas as a kid and today I brought my two girls. I'm glad this still exists. The pizza was hot and tasty as I remember. Wings were the best! Thank you for being open and bring it over to Oceanside.

To say I was underwhelmed would be an understatement. I felt $10.99 for a lunch buffett was reasonable when bidenomics were applied but then they hit me with an additional fee on $3.19 for a fountain drink this I felt was WAY too much. The food what little they had out was ok at best that is if you don't like hot pizza. They had peperoni, pineapple ham, jalapeño sausage and peperpni and some sort of dessert pizza, a TINY salad assortment and 2 types of pizza. No wings were avaliable for buffet and they ran out of pasta options before I got any. The service was non existing unless you count taking my money was service. I would have been better off in terms of getting full had I gone to China Buffett next door for about the same price. The dining room was fairly clean. The restroom needed a cleaning. I can't reccomend this eatery. I don't anticipate becoming a regular and I do believe I'll delete the app from my phone as this location doesn't give loyalty points.. Over all a big waste of my time. The only purpose it fulfilled was giving me an opportunity to write a review. But I'd rather write a 4 star review. I will say the dining room was huge so if you have a large group to be seared this is your place.

Seating area and arcade on a Wednesday afternoon.

Decided to take my 2yo here on a whim. I had never been, but always seen it off the highway and wanted to try it out. It was around noon on a Wednesday, so I figured it wouldn't be busy. There were only three small families when we walked in. I paid for the buffet for myself and 100 tokens for $25. I guess my child ate free because I only paid about $38, the tokens and the $10 buffet fee for myself. My little one had the spaghetti and I ate a salad and a slice of pizza. Not the best I've eaten, but okay pizza. The salad was generic and no cheese out, but I got olives and some dressing. The whole facility was nice and clean, from the bathrooms to the arcade. Some of the games weren't working, but I didn't mind since they didn't interest my child anyway. Many of the games were 1-2 tokens, my toddler really enjoyed riding the Clifford and Ice Cream Truck machines and playing the Gum Drop and coin pusher games. We didn't seem to get as many tickets as I'd have thought, around 3-4 unless you hit a jackpot. We did end up with 1046 tickets though because I played some games when my little one was busy on the rides, haha. The prize selections were great and we came away with a big art set and some smaller lollipops and bracelets. We spent about 2 hours here. Overall, a great experience and I'd definitely recommend trying it out. I will be a regular from now on.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. 5 stars goes to them. However the food here sucks. Maybe my family and I came in too hungry. At the very least we were expecting Chuck E. Cheese type of pizza as we had never been here and was our first time. We ordered a large "Hearty Hawaiian" pizza and an order of buffalo wings. The pizza tasted just as it looked. Effortlessly plain without a trace of flavor infusion you would expect from something baked in an oven. The wings exterior was chewy and the interior was cold. Save your $$ for Domino's if you are looking to eat pizza. Another notable mention was that the place was empty on a family Sunday evening. That should have been our first red flag.

PPP is better than Chuck E.Cheese.. I like that fact that PPP lets you drink responsible and they give you Cold Cups already to sever.

Order directly through their website link. If you are new to soul food or Louisiana rib style, then this eaterie would be good. If you are familiar with at least 5 styles barbecue and da real deal soul food, then the food and money value are not aligned. Actually, my one time may likely be unreturned. I was in a party of two but I should have just ordered one plate with two sides to give the food a taste test. Fifty bucks later, I'm a disappointed eater. I ordered pick up. It is apparent that all the food is pre-cooked and perhaps they have not mastered how to keep its freshness through the heat up process prior to serving. I was 6 minutes away. Hungry like a roaring lion on the African terrain. The inside of the ribs were cold. The other dishes were lukewarm. Although the ribs were tender and flavorful. The mac&cheese was mushy. A sharper cheese is recommended to blend. Or better yet a bechamel sauce and seasoning. Yet, I liked the texture of the pasta. You know how when beans get to the bottom of the pot and get mushy? Yep, that's what I was served. Mushy and dryish. But I can see where they were going and it would have worked out perhaps maybe just not on this visit. And the corn bread was so dry that it crumbled to smithereens. Now, greens are the easiest vegetable to make tasty, but an easy vegetable to make bland. These were on the bland side. I must be clear the meal was not Louisianian style. Being from Louisiana and cooking like a Louisianian are different. I'm just sayin'. Louisiana is known for flavor. And a ten on two. I know intimately what is expected from a Louisianian culinarian. Today was not that day. I want to support. And I will. But not fiscally. I'll get the word out but remember you're on your own. Since there's other eateries in the public market you may have a better cuisine choice. Service was with a smile and friendly.

The deal is up to 12 wings per person which is great because after 6 wings - dipped heavily in ranch sauce - I'm full. Deal doesn't come with any sides like radish or rice and costs extra. Bulgolgi fries is overall crispy and tasty but has little Bulgolgi in it. Japchae was underwhelming. Parking sucks but it never takes me more than 2 minutes to find parking. We tried all flavors of the wings. All 3 of us had different favorites but I'd say all the flavors were pretty good and there wasn't a flavor I disliked. Their tteokboki was sooo good. I really enjoyed the flavor and so far my best I've tried. Other places are too sweet or has too much overpowering gochuchang. This place is by far my favorite for tteokboki. I really didn't like their takoyaki though. Too much flour/dough and they were not mindful making it since some pieces only had 1 piece of octopus while some piece had none and was just straight up flour. I'd come back for their wings and tteokboki though.

I doubt the outcome would have been much different, but I want readers--especially those considering takeout or ordering through Uber Eats, GrubHub, or DoorDash--to have that context. What we ordered: 30-piece Mix & Match Crew Pack (10 Cajun wings, 10 Hot Honey wings, 10 Lemon Pepper boneless), all requested extra crispy/well done, carrot and celery sticks, three ranch dressings, a large seasoned fries, and a 5-piece fried corn add-on. The issues: Unfortunately, none of the food arrived hot, and none of the 30 wings or boneless pieces were cooked extra crispy as requested. The fries were placed loosely in the large to-go bag in an uncovered paper tray, which could have easily spilled during transport. The carrot and celery sticks were simply wrapped in a napkin and placed in the bag in the same open tray as the fries. The fried corn also didn't taste fresh. I'm not suggesting it wasn't freshly made--only that it didn't taste like it had just been fried. The main reason for this review is the value for the price. The total came to $68, and the overall quality and packaging didn't feel close to worth that amount. For comparison, we could have ordered a similar quantity of food from Panda Express for around $52, or from Epic Wings or Buffalo Wild Wings. They might be similarly priced--or even slightly more--but I would have gladly paid $70-$80 if the food tasted fresh and the order had been packaged with more care. Those dining in may have a somewhat better experience than we did with takeout. However, based on the average Yelp rating for this location, we're not convinced that would be the case.
