Almost feels like many of the reviews on here are fake. We hired them to add several new pages and landing pages to our existing website. We explicitly defined our scope of work and expected timeline to launch our website from the beginning. Many of the items we sent to David were lost in emails even after multiple rounds of Zoom calls and him recording. We worked with David and his developer, which happens to be some person outside of the US, for about 3 weeks. Eventually nothing was completed for us to launch on our existing website. After rounds of back and forth with content that we supplied and many emails asking for various items all the time, David started asking for more money and complained that wanting to launch our new pages after 3 or 4 weeks was too much for him to handle and that he was not able to work under this kind of pressure. We had no issue paying him more money as it was way cheaper to begin with (just like his service) however, it seemed like he knew he was not capable of delivering something professional after all and decided to quit. We agreed to receive our money back and part ways. Our wasted time and frustration will never get sompensated and it was clear that our time and trust to this business did not mean anything to this team. Basically zero customer service. More importantly, we really didn't appreciate the fact that they use cheap labor from some other country with language barriers and only act as a middle person. We specifically didn't want this type of service as we had interviewed several other developers on Upwork and other freelance websites, but eventually ended up getting the same level of service at a more expensive price. Basically nothing is done in house, David is just the face. Rarely inclined to leave negative reviews but unfortunately this is a fair observation based on the service that was provided to us. If you are looking for reliable trustworthy web development service, I strongly recommend staying away from this business - it's almost a scam and you will regret the time and money you spend here.

This computer repair shop is located on the second floor of a strip mall. I brought my older Dell laptop because I was having battery issues. Vic took the time to check it out and quickly confirmed that the problem was indeed the battery. Instead of trying to upsell me on a repair, he was completely honest and told me that putting money into an older model might not be the best use of my money. He went above and beyond by suggesting newer laptop options that are comparable and available at better price points. On top of that, he even told me that if I did decide to replace the battery myself, I could email him and he'd let me know exactly what to buy and where to get it. That level of honesty and helpfulness is rare. I left feeling thoroughly satisfied with their customer service and recommendations. We got several different bids on the construction/ remodel work, and Lilli's contractor gave us the best one of them all, so we were happy to use them. I have no experience whatsoever with construction, but my dad is a revered architect and designer who has won tons of awards, and when he came over to see the progress on the project, he was really impressed. Note: We did not use my dad because although he's a genius, it would've likely taken 6 months and cost us 4 times as much for the project to get done, as my dad does everything high end, and this was a garage project. Lilliana pulled permits and made the entire permitting process (which we've heard from friends can be quite hellish) an absolute breeze. The blueprints she drew up and 3D renderings made us feel like we knew the space intimately before construction had even started, and she took detailed measurements of all of our pre-existing furniture that was to go in the structure so we could plan design and electrical work around our needs. BUT the $3k balance was to be paid with the contingency that the site would work per the agreed deliverable. We did not want to give them another dollar until we saw something work as every other dollar previous has just gone up into vapor. It's taken almost 2 years to develop a website and we kept being strung along and have absolutely nothing to show for it. What startup can pay employees and mortgages for the full 2 years while waiting on their e commerce site?! I've even lost my business partner over this because he couldn't hold on and wait. We made a 30k promotional video for the site a year ago! They try to act and charge as if they are a real agency but it's actually a one man broker show. Beck gave us so many promises that his developers couldn't deliver on. Other than some amazing (yet overpriced) promotional videos. Arguably their contractors Brian and Danny are great at what they do and they are VERY creative. (Hence the second star, you earned it fellas.) They can make videos but NOT web development work. They charge top agency rates then Beck takes his cut prematurely and subs all the dev work out to cheap unreliable labor overseas. If they give you a quote prepare to pay 2x more they're asking rate. Terrible pre qualifying skills will lead to an inaccurate quote every time. Alex is a pompous cocky web developer that doesn't do development work he is just a terrible project manager. I would never want my customers to talk directly to him if I were to broker web work just because of his tone and demeaning attitude.
