Many were dirty, smelly, or harsh. Zoom Room Dog Training was the opposite. It is clean and spacious facility and the staff warm, kind, and professional. My first orientation meet and greet sold me. She took so much time getting to know me and my boy Bailey. I could tell they would love him like I do. I signed up for 10 sessions. We've participated in two of our group sessions. Bailey has had fun learning. While it is too early to determine how successful the training will be, I'm encouraged by their methods and the faculty. Check back for my final review.

We enrolled in Alex's Saturday dog walks where we socialize with other dogs and their owners, working the dogs in a group environment. Alex brings the most recent breakthroughs in cognitive science and has transformed many of our outdated training methods. We adopted our dog from ASPCA recovery center and she had quite a few behavioral issues. She was…read morenippy, barking and jumping a lot which actually scared me since we have little kids. After working with Alex, we realized that her biggest issue was that she was "over-excited". Alex recommended her to be on anxiety medication which we found was VERY helpful and needed. He also explained to us how to monitor her levels of excitement by using commands and waiting for her to calm down before she became jumpy, nippy and barking. We also realized that we needed to use a muzzle when new people came in and around our 2 year old to make sure she's not nippy with them. All this and the commands gave us huge relief. We had 4 sessions with Alex and have had her for 3 months and we feel so much better. We definitely recommend Alex. He knows what he's doing and he's so kind with the dogs.

While one of them has always been pretty well behaved, however the younger one was a bolter (I chased him several times - and he's faster than me!). We rescued him, and I'm pretty sure he had run away from a previous home since he already knew sit, down, and crate when we got him. Let me first off express how impressed I was with Terry, his training system, his flexibility in scheduling, and his willingness to answer my questions any time. Between the two dogs, my husband, and myself - I know that I was the hardest one to train in the bunch. ;) Terry came to our home in Worthington and provided fantastic training to both my husband and I, as well as to the dogs. So why 5 stars? Because I can walk my dogs off leash. I can leave the gate open while I unload groceries from the car, and they stay. I can take them places and know that I don't have to worry about Rowdy running away. It has improved their quality of life. Since completing our training, we took them on vacation with friends to a cabin in Pennsylvania. Of the four dogs there, ours were the most obedient, best listening, and best behaved. Our friends were all jealous. At this point, we are able to attend group class whenever we want - and we do drop in from time to time since it's good continued practice for the dogs, and for us! The Sit Means Sit crew have all been an absolute pleasure to work with. On a different note, and on behalf of my friends at Sit Means Sit - I'd love to address Heather D.'s review with a little insight. The trainer that she worked with is no longer on staff. She clearly screwed up, and tried to hide her mistake. She never alerted the owner to the situation, because she was hiding her error. I'm very sorry that Heather had a poor experience, but would like to say that Sit Means Sit should not get a bad reputation due to a former employee who made mistakes. The company is solid, the current staff is fantastic, and the result is amazing. They do care about and value their customers: both human and canine alike. If you love your dog, and are considering doing some dog training to improve their behaviors, Call Sit Means Sit. They totally changed my relationship with my dogs - and their quality of life.

He sends you detailed daily recap videos which is an incredibly useful for when practicing at home. Dana used both controlled corrections and positive reinforcement. He let us know that at any point after the program we can text or call him with any questions (including questions pertaining to our other dog). He shows that he really cares for your dog and what your family needs in order to make your day to day life easier. We will definitely be sending our dog to more of his classes and are looking to sign up our other dog. I highly recommend his services, you will not regret it!

We had a typical dog incident; during that process, the owners and staff were incredible (as always)! They show respect, authenticity, action, and follow-through. This daycare is great because there aren't shared toys and extra items that often help spread normal canine viruses, etc. The concern about Kennel cough can happen with any dog anywhere because the vaccines are not 100% effective on all strings of viruses, but I will say that this daycare takes extra measures by not having shared toys that can increase this risk.

They always come home happily exhausted from the fun they've had. I also use them for boarding and have been very happy. I love that PAD is cage-free, and that Sophie and Oliver can stay together in a nice, spacious room with their own beds, blankets, and toys. The boarding cost is all-in and includes daycare so by the end of the day, the pups are worn out and ready for sleep making the "boarding" less stressful for them. I can't imagine going back to boarding where they are cooped up 24x7 except for a couple of walks each day. The team responds quickly to messages requesting updates during boarding, which is very much appreciated, and they go out of their way to post pics on Instagram so I can see Soph & Oliver while I'm away (see pics below). I do pay a few bucks extra for exit baths when they board, but it's well worth it after a week of playing ALL day. They come home fluffy, clean, and very happy after their "vacation." If you're looking for daycare or boarding, owned and staffed by dog lovers, definitely check out Play All Day. I have a daycare/boarding facility less than five minutes from my home, but I feel strongly enough about PAD that I'm happy to drive the extra 20 minutes to get there.
