I think they can do a lot better in this department to show a video of play or something for their customers on their social pages. I don't love how close the building is to the main road. Feels a bit risky with excited dogs when bringing them to/from your car. They will cancel your stay if the parking lot is full of snow, ice, etc. Overall a good stay, but they need more competitive pricing.

They were less than welcoming and not just a little bit scared of our new family member. We had a lot of help in those first few days. Especially from Morgan at Pets Plus in Londonderry, but that's another post. With her help and a recommendation from a beautiful stranger at the Hudson dog park, I was feeling confident enough to call Play all Day in Windham, NH.. Kate signed me up for a tour on a Tuesday and my fear was having to go back to work on the following day, with our only choice, a crate. Which , was not, in our thoughts the best choice for him. Colleen gave me the tour, answered all my questions and I hers. There was an opening and since our boy had all his vaccines and he was allowed to go the following morning. They were so welcoming and tolerated my multiple phone calls that day with kindness and patience. They helped our boy with manners, and helped him out on needed weight by feeding him special lunches for us, they held him when he needed extra love. The folks here, Colleen, Kate, Chrissy, and Tiffany, who I see at the front never once made me feel like I made the wrong decision. Our boy comes home happy and tired. They even let me know when they felt when he needed to take a few days off. He was a different dog at home now. No longer constantly trying to rough play with the girl pups, listening better and enjoying his quiet time in his crate, which he would put himself into... Play All Day, along with the amazing team at Pets Plus and a trainer, has our small townhouse at peace with 2- 50+ lb dogs and a little 30lb girl seeing more peace than I could imagine. Our boy can now stay home with the girls while we are out for errands or even a dinner out. They also do baths and nail trimming. Our boy's first bath was with them and he was so relaxed in their hands, he fell asleep. I get updates when I pick him up, thry let me know if he needed a time out, or if another pup got a bit rough with him. My questions are always answered and I am never made to feel like I'm bothering them. I feared daycare before meeting these awesome people. I've heard horror stories and given a recent, terrible, incident at another local daycare, I wanted folks to know, that the stranger at the park, was 100% correct when she told me I could trust Play All Day to help our boy adjust to his new home. They, along with Pets Plus and our trainer, save his life as much as we did when we pulled him from the shelter. At every drop off I'm greeted with a smile, and our boy is greeted with a hug and a good morning. Each pick up at the end of the day, I'm also greeted with a smile and a story about his day. I don't know how they do it day in and day out, but the wonderful, amazing, beautiful, staff at Play All Day, Windham, are the absolute best!

The inside was small, smelled awful, and there had to be at least 60 dogs crammed in there, with cages stacked and dogs locked up - despite their claim of being cage-free. There was a gross, dirty, stinking mop bucket, and I even saw pee and feces on the floor, which could have just happened, but no excuse for the smell and gross black water in the mop bucket. It became common sense to me when I was told they get 60-80 dogs a day - there's no way all those dogs could be playing like they advertise. That's when I was dying to see the inside. When I finally did, I was shocked - it was just a small, open space room, sectioned off with no real room for the dogs to move. Now, imagine you're me, standing there, and you see most of the dogs stacked in cages, locked in with nowhere to go. It was truly shocking and sad, and I knew then that we were being lied to and cheated. Their so-called 'outdoor' space is a complete joke. If you drive around the back, you'll see it for yourself - just a narrow strip of asphalt parking lot. Now, imagine that already tight space cut up into even smaller sections, not even one whole area, just little blocks where dogs can barely turn around. Everything I've shared is true, and you can do the research and see it with your own eyes. After what I saw, we pulled our dog out of this place and forfeited our remaining package. We weren't about to pay for our dog to be caged - we could do that at home. If you care about your dog's well-being, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere."

I have a Giant Schnauzer ( / wildebeest) who has TONS of ENERGY, and this place has been exactly what we needed to socialize her with other dogs and get her energy levels down to normal. These days, you'd never know from the look of her that she can be a ravening hell-beast. The people at TM's send me photos of my puppy playing with other dogs throughout the day, so that I only wish I was having as much fun! They are excellent at giving us feedback about her behavior, and have trainers that work on problem spots (like, uh, flying at dogs twice her size and gleefully trying to chomp them; fear of going up stairs and other peculiarities). I never guessed I'd be one of "those people" who take their dog to daycare :-) ...but she is 100% different when she's in DayKamp a couple times a week. To boot, the prices are extremely reasonable compared to training, grooming, and other services offered at places like PetSmart or your local vet... a great value for what you get.

Making reservations over the phone was easy and organized. They are extremely organized regarding their record keeping. The office staff pulled up my records, knew exactly what my requirements for food/medicine were, knew where I could be reached, and there were no surprises in the billing. The staff there seems competent, caring and attentive to animals. The cat boarding "rooms" are quite large and each one has a window and a shelf to perch up on. I plan to continue to take my cat there when I am out of town.

Bartlett's does everything including nails, anal secretion, ear cleaning, bathing, brushing, etc. The store is currently in the process of renovating but they are also open all the time, with the exception of two days a week where they have off. The two owners are very friendly and caring people. I have no problem bring my dogs here for Jackie and her husband to care for and groom. I highly recommend this groomer for your pet's needs. I drop off my cat and smells like the place hasn't been cleaned since the early 2000s. None of the staff were friendly and had rbf but I still had a positive attitude. They call me an hour and half later to let me know she's ready (I thought wow that was quick). I take her home and her nails are still long and her paws weren't even trimmed. My cat doesn't even smell like shampoo. Talk about scammers.
