They handled our unruly puppies with kindness and they came home so tired they slept all through the evening and night. The manager called mid-day to update us on our dog's behavior which was nice. I was hoping to see a pic of either of our dogs on their Facebook page, but none that day of any dogs at all. I think they can do a lot better in this department to show a video of play or something for their customers on their social pages. I don't love how close the building is to the main road. Feels a bit risky with excited dogs when bringing them to/from your car. They will cancel your stay if the parking lot is full of snow, ice, etc. Overall a good stay, but they need more competitive pricing.

We brought our dog in and the woman told us that he cant come in as he is not on the schedule. We told her that he has always been on the schedule for Tuesdays and Fridays but she was yelling and aurguing and then told us to get out and she will refund our monthly membership. They were less than welcoming and not just a little bit scared of our new family member. We had a lot of help in those first few days. Especially from Morgan at Pets Plus in Londonderry, but that's another post. With her help and a recommendation from a beautiful stranger at the Hudson dog park, I was feeling confident enough to call Play all Day in Windham, NH.. Kate signed me up for a tour on a Tuesday and my fear was having to go back to work on the following day, with our only choice, a crate. Which , was not, in our thoughts the best choice for him. Colleen gave me the tour, answered all my questions and I hers. There was an opening and since our boy had all his vaccines and he was allowed to go the following morning. They were so welcoming and tolerated my multiple phone calls that day with kindness and patience. They helped our boy with manners, and helped him out on needed weight by feeding him special lunches for us, they held him when he needed extra love. The folks here, Colleen, Kate, Chrissy, and Tiffany, who I see at the front never once made me feel like I made the wrong decision. Our boy comes home happy and tired. They even let me know when they felt when he needed to take a few days off. He was a different dog at home now. No longer constantly trying to rough play with the girl pups, listening better and enjoying his quiet time in his crate, which he would put himself into... Play All Day, along with the amazing team at Pets Plus and a trainer, has our small townhouse at peace with 2- 50+ lb dogs and a little 30lb girl seeing more peace than I could imagine. Our boy can now stay home with the girls while we are out for errands or even a dinner out. They also do baths and nail trimming. Our boy's first bath was with them and he was so relaxed in their hands, he fell asleep. I get updates when I pick him up, thry let me know if he needed a time out, or if another pup got a bit rough with him. My questions are always answered and I am never made to feel like I'm bothering them. I feared daycare before meeting these awesome people. I've heard horror stories and given a recent, terrible, incident at another local daycare, I wanted folks to know, that the stranger at the park, was 100% correct when she told me I could trust Play All Day to help our boy adjust to his new home. They, along with Pets Plus and our trainer, save his life as much as we did when we pulled him from the shelter. At every drop off I'm greeted with a smile, and our boy is greeted with a hug and a good morning. Each pick up at the end of the day, I'm also greeted with a smile and a story about his day. I don't know how they do it day in and day out, but the wonderful, amazing, beautiful, staff at Play All Day, Windham, are the absolute best!

The inside was small, smelled awful, and there had to be at least 60 dogs crammed in there, with cages stacked and dogs locked up - despite their claim of being cage-free. There was a gross, dirty, stinking mop bucket, and I even saw pee and feces on the floor, which could have just happened, but no excuse for the smell and gross black water in the mop bucket. It became common sense to me when I was told they get 60-80 dogs a day - there's no way all those dogs could be playing like they advertise. That's when I was dying to see the inside. When I finally did, I was shocked - it was just a small, open space room, sectioned off with no real room for the dogs to move. Now, imagine you're me, standing there, and you see most of the dogs stacked in cages, locked in with nowhere to go. It was truly shocking and sad, and I knew then that we were being lied to and cheated. Their so-called 'outdoor' space is a complete joke. If you drive around the back, you'll see it for yourself - just a narrow strip of asphalt parking lot. Now, imagine that already tight space cut up into even smaller sections, not even one whole area, just little blocks where dogs can barely turn around. Everything I've shared is true, and you can do the research and see it with your own eyes. After what I saw, we pulled our dog out of this place and forfeited our remaining package. We weren't about to pay for our dog to be caged - we could do that at home. If you care about your dog's well-being, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere."

We enrolled our puppy (Merritt) in their Board & Train program with Trainer Greg and Trainer Kay, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the very beginning, Greg and Kay were knowledgeable, patient, caring, and truly invested in helping our puppy learn and succeed. They worked on training, manners, and confidence while also making sure Merritt was happy and well cared for throughout the entire program. We saw such a positive difference in our puppy, and we came home with not only a better-trained dog, but also the tools and guidance we needed to continue reinforcing everything at home. That response is a lie. It had nothing to do with vaccines. He is fully up to date. remember you said it was because he was too old. I will most definitely badly review places so I can warn people of terrible experiences. The good ones, I always try and report as well because we all want to know the bottom line on where to go. With this place I was nervous because with my pets I'm protective and picky. There was a wait to get in but the reviews made me do just that. I'm happy to report this establishment didn't disappoint. It's attractive for sure but that's not the deciding factor in any way. Aside from first visual impression which is above board as far as cleanliness and beauty...the first impression of the staff was also wonderful. They were knowledgeable and welcoming. The end result was a perfect series of cuts (I have multiple dogs of different breeds) and I loved that the first step in their spa day, which is a bath...is in an area where you can watch through a glass wall. It's clear the salon is run well and I'm personally not going to skimp on care and skill to go up the street to a chain establishment to save a few dollars for my dogs...who are most definitely family members. If you are concerned about safety..competence as well as final result and you aren't looking for a cheap fix...this place is perfect. They aren't over priced..but they aren't Walmart either. We have been going to Windham Animal Hospital for 6 years for grooming and veterinary care…read more Ali in grooming is absolutely amazing. Our dog is in love with her because she makes him feel so good. Love knowing that he is safe and under professional care. He comes bounding out looking great and smells amazing for a couple of weeks. For veterinary services, we have seen mostly everyone and have no complaints, but always seem to fall under Dr. Durner's care when something "big" happens. There is no doubt that she has loads of experience, as evidenced in the way she handles each situation. I really appreciate how she always builds a rapport with my dog during each visit, which is really important since he is very anxious. She is confident (not overly) and seems to always immediately have a plan, which always calms my nerves.(in our cases her plans have been really successful.) Lastly, she always calls to check in a few days later asking really detailed questions and giving more advice. It's not a routine "have to" call, but more that she actually cares that my guy is having a rough time. If you're looking for a smart, experienced, to the point, no-nonsense vet, look no further. (Giving 4/5 stars because this past time the wait was pretty long. It's not always a long wait there and I'm not upset about having to wait, as I know it's a medical facility and things happen. I just don't like waiting in the actual treatment rooms for extended periods. I would rather wait in the waiting area as my dog is far more relaxed and distracted there.)
