The inside was small, smelled awful, and there had to be at least 60 dogs crammed in there, with cages stacked and dogs locked up - despite their claim of being cage-free. There was a gross, dirty, stinking mop bucket, and I even saw pee and feces on the floor, which could have just happened, but no excuse for the smell and gross black water in the mop bucket.
It became common sense to me when I was told they get 60-80 dogs a day - there's no way all those dogs could be playing like they advertise. That's when I was dying to see the inside. When I finally did, I was shocked - it was just a small, open space room, sectioned off with no real room for the dogs to move.
Now, imagine you're me, standing there, and you see most of the dogs stacked in cages, locked in with nowhere to go. It was truly shocking and sad, and I knew then that we were being lied to and cheated.
Their so-called 'outdoor' space is a complete joke. If you drive around the back, you'll see it for yourself - just a narrow strip of asphalt parking lot. Now, imagine that already tight space cut up into even smaller sections, not even one whole area, just little blocks where dogs can barely turn around.
Everything I've shared is true, and you can do the research and see it with your own eyes. After what I saw, we pulled our dog out of this place and forfeited our remaining package. We weren't about to pay for our dog to be caged - we could do that at home. If you care about your dog's well-being, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere."
