Bought a deal on Groupon for $17 for a medium size dog that was such a great deal! Got there and the place is nice and big Tiffany is a sweetheart she deft knows what she's doing. It's a cage-free environment so that's a big plus! She did a great job on my dog and when I got there to pick him up he was so happy and ready to go home, he was not stressed out after the grooming like he usually is. I will defiantly come back!!! I've been pleased with Tiffany's. The prices are fair, the nail clipping, $10 per dog, is normal to cheap for this area, my Veterinarian charges $20 per dog. Tiffany is patient and caring for the dogs in her salon. I've been grateful for this patience, as I have two dogs that have experienced trauma in shelter environments and take a long time to warm up to new people. In short, Tiffany's is clean, comfortable, and priced well. We will be returning for sure! read more

I HAD been bringing my dog here for a very long time.... I always had the same groomer, she did an awesome job. Due to a misunderstanding I had to stop using their services. SO, When I posted on my facebook page, (not even mentioning the name) "my groomer didn't value a long time customer" The owner chimed in excuses in an attempt to make me look like I had no right to feel the way I did. Never once prior to arguing with me on facebook, where she was trying desperately to save face, did she make any attempt to make it right in private. 8 years later, never a cancellation, never a late appointment, never a no show. ALWAYS up to date on shots......dropped the ball missed one 19 days prior, so the groomer canceled me and said " I will try to get you in when you get the shot" TRY to get me in? was I insulted after 8 years.... YES !!!! then to have the owner argue with me on my FB page, her argument that she needed to keep everyone safe (from an 11 YO attack Pomeranian ? over a 19 day late vax?) and when I said poor customer relations, she laughed at me and blocked me.... Our new grooming spot. No contest. Friendly happy staff - great prices and awesome grooming on our 3 dogs. Scheduling was very flexible and easy. They have limited cages and the dogs all basically hang out in the grooming area. They of course asked if the dogs would behave before letting them into the party. Brought my 10 month old husky for his first time at the groomers today and I was very happy with the service. I like that they do by appointment only and there was even a little time for my dog to play with the resident dogs before getting groomed. Staff was very friendly and prices were great. I believe prices vary, but $55 for the full package for my husky with his double coat is very reasonable. Will definitely be back! read more

I recently dropped off my Flat Coated Retriever for a grooming appointment at Tiffany's and I couldn't be happier. Since moving to NH I have had a hard time finding a groomer who properly knows how to groom a Flat Coated Retriever. This was not the case here. My dog came back looking spectacular and smelling great. My dog was happy as can be. The place was very clean and spacious. It was $50.00 well spent. I will be coming back again for sure. I look forward to bringing my Beagle and Newfie in as well in the future. read more

I'm afraid I have to say I will never go back to Tiffany's. It would have been so convenient for me too. I dropped my 5 month old mini poodle at 8am. When I picked him up at lunch, I was told to keep an eye on his paw as he seem to be favoring it. I got him home and found he couldn't even walk or put any weight on the paw. The groomer insisted nothing happened to him. I told her they would have never even groomed him in this condition. A week later the poor puppy still is having difficulty walking on it. Never again and I did file a report with the Derry Police. It appears he may have gotten a broken toe while being groomed. I am not happy to say the least. read more

I really wanted to like this place. I loved that they go by appointments & that my dog isn't there for any longer than he needs to be. However, after the third time they cut my schnauzer's beard nearly all off, I'm going to have to stop going. At first I thought it was maybe an accident, but I've repeatedly asked them not to touch his beard, yet he still comes home looking ridiculous. Schnauzers are meant to have long beards! His beard also remains brown, from his food, although others groomers I have tried in the area have been able to get it white after a grooming visit. The owner does a decent job, but the other people she has working for her obviously don't have a clue. read more

My Pembroke Welsh Corgi has been to Grooming at Tiffany's twice now. Being a former show dog she LOVES being groomed. She always comes home so happy after a good bath and haircut from here. They do have some dogs loose, but if your dog is like mine and doesn't really care for other canines they do have spacious kennels for the less friendly dogs to be put in for their own safety. The prices are great and we'll definitely be taking her back. read more

I have taken my dog to be groomed here a few times...first time was okay, second time I wasn't really pleased as they took a razor to my labradoodles face rather than cutting it (like you are supposed to). Gave them a third chance and now wishing I never stepped foot back in there. They completely shaved him head to toe! Even his head which you don't do when you shave a Labradoodle down. They also knicked the back of his leg while shaving him. I am so upset about this and even more upset that I payed $75 plus tip for it! I never should have paid for this butch job. It wasn't even smooth...I could see the lines of the razor all over his body. After talking to others about my experience, I have heard numerous stories of bad experiences here. My recommendation is to steer clear of this place unless you want your dog to come home looking like a rat. read more

I have been very happy every time I bring my pitbull to be groomed or just to have his nails done. My Husband loves the fact that he doesn't come home smelling like he has rolled in perfume all day! This is the only place I will bring my dogs. I have been coming here with my pups since Tiffany opened. I cannot say enough good things about Tiffany. My dogs adore her. They get so excited when I say, "Want to go see Miss Tiffany?!" I've had such a hard time finding a place I was pleased with, and now I've found perfection. I have 2 dogs, and 1 needs haircuts. Tiffany is the only groomer to ever give my dog a perfect haircut. My other dog has anxiety, and Tiffany just takes amazing care of him. I know she will treat my dogs as her own. Not only does Tiffany's love for animals shine through, her shop is spotless, bright, clean, and open. She has cage free grooming - there's toys, beds, water, etc, everything your pup would need. She also sells all natural treats for pups! There is a "human" salon next door to Tiffany - you can get pampered while your dog does! Was recommended to me by my neighbor so I thought I'd give them a call. Admittedly, I needed a last minute appointment so I was prepared for the fact they wouldn't be able to fit my dog in (all he needed was a bath and de-shedding). Left a message before they opened hoping they could squeeze him in if I got to them early. Mentioned that my neighbor referred them to me. Waited until an hour and 1/2 after opening for a return call but didn't get one. I called back and and when I got someone, I mentioned I had called earlier and left a message. Person on the other end of the phone said, "OK"...."OK"??? How about, "Yes, I was just about to call you back" not, "OK". Pretty apparent that they either don't listen to messages or don't call back. Anyway, I told the person that I knew it was very last minute, but could they squeeze my dog in for a shampoo. The response, "Yeah, I'm pretty sure we're booked up". How about "I'd like to be able to help but we're very booked today. Can I help you with an appointment next week?". Geez! Might want to beef up your (potential) customer interaction. You never know who might be on the other end of the phone. In any event, I'll be letting my neighbor know of my albeit brief experience. read more
