Sometimes I get a little fearful about a new tech grooming my dogs because I am not familiar with their work but Laura over sees all of the work they do. If she does not like the work she fixes it herself. This is the type of person that you want to be grooming your dog. So, all in all I find Ruff to Fluff to be a great place for your dog grooming needs.

Wanting to socialized while working off some of his energy we decide to place him in day care. We originally placed him in a different day care. Discrimination is the only work I can use to describe our experience with them. After just a hand full of time they asked us not bring him back cause he was" too big." That is all they could say, there was no incident, they simply did not take the time nor had the experience handling my breed of dog Being a working we need to get our dog out, we decided try out The Barking Dog. They took the time to listen ! The day of his evaluation we explained our previous experience & who our dog personality as well as needs. They took the time to explained their evaluation process to place him in a group that fit him. Their groups are smaller than the previous day care. They slowly introduced him to the other dogs so not to over whelm him. When he was picked up on his fist day he was calmer than previously , & wiped out! We could not be more happy!

My cat was incredibly sick from her boarding stay with them. She still is incredibly sick even now and it's a week and a half later.  I completed the survey they email you asking for feedback after my pet's boarding. At the end of it they request you to email them if you had any issues before you post any reviews. I did so 5 days ago and no one cared enough to respond, so now I'm warning everyone about this awful place.  When I picked her up from her boarding stay, she was sneezing and had a noticeable foul odor when the person brought her out to me in her cat carrier.  She's needed to see her vet and hundreds of dollars have now been spent to help her get better. She's had a fever of 104.9, is sneezing nonstop, barely eating, pawing at her nose nonstop, her eyes have discharge, and her right nostril is completely blocked. Her vet said it was a upper respiratory infection and a bacterial infection. My cat has never been sick once in the almost 2 years I've had her. She's absolutely miserable still at this moment.  I paid extra for the gold package for her stay with them. If she was getting all the extra attention that is supposed to be included in that, there's no way they couldn't notice she was very ill. Then on top of that, the sheet with notes about her stay only said one thing: "She was shy at first and then turned into a purring machine." Nothing about how she ate, nor how ill she became. The fact that no one bothered to care that she was ill or notify me is appalling. She deserved way better than this. The fact that no cared to contact me about this is equally troublesome.  She also didn't come home with everything she arrived with there. This required me to have to go in and get her blanket this later in the week. They treated me like I was inconvenience when I went in to get it.  She will never board with this facility ever again! Do not trust them to care for your pet! Update: They are claiming they've called me and left me voicemail messages, which is a complete lie! Vanessa Nevin emailed me today (6 days later) and I have already responded to her. Stop lying and trying to downplay your negligence. You've made a bad situation far worse. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Will return Will recommend based on this visit…read moreI used the emergency veterinarian service once before, and I felt my needs were addressed, and proper medication was given for my cat who was feeling ill at the time and it seemed to solve the issue. They were also very caring and concerned about my needs as well as my cats needs. I then needed to use this regular vet service because I was thinking my cat had allergy problems while the day before my visit was scheduled. Something had happened to his back end where he was limping. They still took him in under the appointment that I had booked for his allergies. I had a first thing in the morning appointment and they were very busy even at that point I waited about a half hour after my appointment before the vet tech came in. She did some ear swabs to check for an allergy or to check for an infection and then I waited an additional 20 minutes before the results could come back andthe vet to come in the room both Treated me with care and compassion as well as they did my cat they gave me some medication's, They talked me through the treatment plan what they thought it might be. They told me that my cat did have a heart murmur which was new to me and they recommended an echocardiogram which cost around $500.Dollars. I'm willing to go ahead and do that. To provide the proper care that my cat will need moving forward with his life he is only four years old. I did ask about an x-ray for his back area due to the limping. The doctor said I could if I wanted to pay the $250 but she felt that it wasn't necessary. Let's work with the medication's first and then we'll go ahead and do the x-ray if need be and I was OK with that. She said if the injury was very severe, he wouldn't have intermediate limping he would be lame and not moving and intolerable to discomfort. So, with all this being said, I did need to make some phone calls to the vet once I started the medication and to talk over some things that I had questions about after the visit and all of my phone calls were returned and they were all met with my satisfaction and my cats. He's doing much better. We just have to run the course of the medication. I hope that anybody else who uses this veterinarian service has the same encounter me, and my handsome fella have had

My sweet ringneck dove, Peppermint, was injured and starting to show signs of an infection, and I was absolutely terrified. Birds are so delicate and incredibly good at hiding illness until it's too late, so I immediately started calling around trying to find a vet who would even see a bird. Most clinics don't, but thankfully, Bedford Pet Urgent Care told me they could see her the very same day. From the moment we arrived, I felt so reassured. The receptionist was incredibly kind. When I needed to step away to use the restroom while waiting to see the vet, she offered to have Peppermint stay with her at the front desk and interacted with her so sweetly. That level of compassion meant so much to me. The vet we saw, Dr. Penraat, was absolutely wonderful. He handled Peppermint with such gentleness and care that she immediately trusted him (so much so that she happily perched on his head after the exam to show her affection). Watching how calm and comfortable she was with him truly spoke volumes. Dr. Penraat quickly identified the issue and prescribed effective medication, which worked amazingly well. Peppermint was noticeably better in less than a week. I was beyond relieved and so grateful for the excellent care she received. To my fellow bird owners in New Hampshire: I highly recommend them. This was hands down the best veterinary experience I've ever had. Finding a vet who is knowledgeable, comforting, and genuinely caring with birds is so rare, and Dr. Penraat is truly exceptional. He is friendly, thorough, and makes both pets and owners feel completely at ease. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of my sweet bird. This experience truly meant the world to me and was definitely a standout one!

HORRIBLE treatment on the day that my father was dying in the hospital, the young girl treated me…read morewith such DISRESPECT. As I was driving to my appointment first thing in the morning, I get a call, telling me that my appointment was being pushed back several hours and they could not give me a time frame. I explained to this YOUNG girl that I made this appointment weeks ago, and I needed to get this done and get back to the hospital to my family. She rudely told me "nothing can be done, take it or leave it." I was shocked but not too much, given her age. I called Petco to complain and they LIED to back her story. SHAME ON PETCO! They don't care about the animals at all! I didn't like this young girl to begin with and gave her another chance; no personality and quite rude.

Karen offered no feedback except to ask in a snarky tone "is that cut short enough?!", directed to me, the mom. My husband had asked that our dog's fur be cut a little shorter since last time it was long enough in certain areas that urine was getting on it. (This was relayed to Karen's spouse prior t o the appointment, so maybe it was translated differently to her by him, but she seemed to have taken offense to the request.) Obviously she's a groomer and we are not, but communication would have been nice, not a snappy retort. My husband then tried to explain to her in person why he made the request, but she was in a "mood" and he could see it was going no where.  Once we got our dog home, she seemed very anxious (was not like that last time), and actually threw up twice while on a half hour walk.  :(   I had not met Karen in person until today and my first impression was not a positive one. I wish my baby girl could talk so she could tell me if Karen took out her offense on her! It certainly appears that way! We will not be returning and will pray for Karen to be more aware of the way she comes across and if she has a need to discuss a customer's request to address it promptly and in a professional manner (and not carry the attitude all day!)  Will NOT be recommending this place, Not Ever!
