The staff took the time to ask me questions about the dogs (vaccines, concerns, etc) which was helpful and comforting. The groomer has a ton of experience with Shih Tzus and was so patient with my Charlotte (who can be a royal pain in the butt). Well, she, Pam, buzzed them almost to the skin and in some ideas she actually went down to the skin. So their fur is uneven in areas. She also lied to me saying they weren't buzz. Come on, I can see they were buzz not cut. I called the owner, Mark, and he seems to not even care. No, I'm sorry or I'll discount the charge. Nothing! This "grooming" cost me $340 for two dogs! They don't even deserve one star! It's all about the money for this owner. Mark, you know I was unhappy from the very beginning. You never offered a refund or discount.
