I got updates every single day along with videos and photos. I could quite literally see the light returning to his eyes with every update. Kasey was not only a wonderful trainer, but a wonderful human. She was available to me through call or texts all day. Sometimes I needed to wait on a response, but that's because she was with my boy. She treated him like her own and really helped him come out of his shell. I was in a position where I almost lost him due to his aversion of men. She trained with men around and Milo warmed up to them faster than I ever thought possible! I can't express my gratitude enough to Kasey. We struggled with that and heavily with recall outside. We love to hike and camp and want him to be a part of our lives! So we knew we needed to trust him for off leash adventures we would love to take. We cannot say enough great things about Hania, who worked with our dog, JoJo. From day one, her calm, confident, and absolute understanding approach made a huge difference. JoJo struggled with recall and off-leash control, and we weren't sure we'd ever be able to trust him in those situations. But thanks to her expertise, her patience, and training techniques, JoJo has made an incredible transformation. They have great treats and food for your pet and are always willing to explain or give advice when needed. This is the only pet store we go to now! Also we tried a couple groomers in town when I moved here and Denise at the north location is the only one I'll take my boy to! She is very kind and my panda always looks great when she's done. We had some less than stellar experiences with a couple other groomers in town we used before we could get in to see Denise and she is worth the wait.
