As an ex groomer I usually have a lot of sympathy and respect towards grooming places. Just moved…read morehere from Texas and was excited to bring my puppy in to get groomed. Every employee I spoke to was excessively rude and disrespectful towards me and the other customers whether it be over the phone or in person. Very rude. I spoke before to them about her needing to be bathed, trimmed nails, and hair on paw pads, and sanitary. They proceeded to not do any of those things besides bathe her. They must've not brushed her because after her appointment I had to brush her for 20+ minutes to get all of the shed! Her nails are only cut at the very tips..paw pad hairs are overgrown still but now splotchily cut...this place is not worth the money. Don't go here!

Thankfully, my two legged pet jumped in and got me out of the mess, but I didn't feel myself. Started shivering even with the heat blasting and my two back legs didn't seem to want to cooperate. Anyway, my two legged pet who I keep safe take good care of and took me to Woodland Animal Hospital in the town I live in--Jefferson City, MO--and Dr. Groner--I guess you can call her another one of my two legged friends (not my pet, but she has cats and I think some dogs she hangs out with, so Dr. Groner must be their pet)--took care of me. Said I had some kind of new row logic and call (but I didn't call nobody) disorder, though the only disorder with me was my back legs weren't acting like they had any order at all. My two legged pet received a bunch of instructions, followed them to a T, and took me back for a few more treatments which I have to say were better than steaming myself in the spa. I was told it would take six to more weeks for me to get better, but I'm doing great in under four. How new row logic call is that. Thanks, Kaos
