They came to our door; promptly and conveniently as advertised. Bella was spared the trip to the vet/groomer, which she doesn't like; and also usually she is there for the day, which she also doesn't like. She was delivered to our door looking and smelling great, without the evidence of stress she normally experiences at the groomers. They have great treats and food for your pet and are always willing to explain or give advice when needed. This is the only pet store we go to now! Also we tried a couple groomers in town when I moved here and Denise at the north location is the only one I'll take my boy to! She is very kind and my panda always looks great when she's done. We had some less than stellar experiences with a couple other groomers in town we used before we could get in to see Denise and she is worth the wait. During COVID and every place was busy or didn't have a groomer. So googled pet places open on a Sunday to do both of their nails. I saw Pet Fair so called and they said bring them right in. So we did and haven't stopped going here. The staff is amazing and the facility was very clean and how they treat animals that are boarded there looked like an incredible stay. I was delighted to hear this business would still be open. The onboarding process was pretty simple and painless. You visit the website, setup an account, add the required vaccdocuments for your pet, and schedule a meet & greet session. What is unique is that their meet and greet sessions are about 3-4hrs. This gives the staff time to observe the pet in different settings and evaluate their demeanor. What's also nice is daycare is complementary for the remainder of the day if your pet is approved. You can schedule daycare either online, by phone, or in person. Since this location recently opened they had a special for unlimited play for the month. Daycare is available M-Sat so you will definitely get your moneys worth if you so choose. Outside of that special, their rates are pretty pricey but standard of most facilities of this caliber. I'd love to see some discounted rates available to locals of preferred employers or something! Now let's talk staff. I've met a good chunk of the daycare staff and they are all superb. Very friendly, genuine, and most of all professional. This gives me confidence that they will take good care of my dog. My dog is always excited to be there and reluctant to leave at the end of the day! The special touches this company gives are also worth mentioning. They have livestream webcams in all of their play areas and in the grooming area as well. You can access the webcams on their website. The daily Pupdate/Report cards are so adorable. I don't know how they do it but somehow they manage to make my dog love the camera every single time...I normally can't even get him to look at the camera! I'd love to be able to tour the facility once things calm down from COVID but I don't doubt that I will continue to use their services in the future.

I would check the cameras every half ho ur and call up every few hours and have seen nothing but good things. When I ask them about how his day was they always know even the most minuets details. I brought my dog there several times as a walk in before someone told me, in a quick tone, that you are supposed to make appointments. It made me feel very silly. Also, they did not ask for any vaccination records before boarding my dog for the weekend. This could lead to serious health problems for all pets if one infected/non-immunized animal comes in. We showed up to board our pet and they asked us "where is your food?" The employee we arranged the boarding appointment with had told us nothing about bringing food or any other details about boarding. These are important details that an organized business with a customer service plan would offer without asking. They are just too quick to get you off the phone and on to the next sale.

My cat was always so…read moresweet but after being groomed by them she is unable to get groomed anywhere else in town because she gets aggressive. The first time they had her, they completely shaved her when I told them to cut the hair shorter. I brushed it off as a miscommunication but seeing the pattern in the comments it was definitely intentional. It breaks my heart thinking she was left in her carrier all day too :,(. The second time they couldn't complete the groomed because she was being aggressive which is totally out of character for her (she loves humans!) I apologize but I knew they must have mishandled her and swore to never bring her there again.... The only groomer she trust is her original groomer which is an hour and half away, not very convenient; she doesn't even let me trim her now without potentially bitting or swatting at me :,( . I wish they would have actually cared for her so she doesn't have a bad association between grooming and being in pain or uncomfortable. She is a Persian and need constant care but now I struggle to keep up with her grooming need because they totally ruined her temperament during grooming by abusing her!!

We decided since they do grooming as well that maybe we should try the grooming services as well. They were a little bit cheaper than our current groomer, but do not do anal squeezing. We decided even though they do not do anal squeezing that we would switch our groomer to Dog Daze Playcare and give them a chance. We were informed that Briar was our groomer and did a great job with our Paco. One of my requests was that they leave the hair on the side of his neck alone. We call them his "gills." Briar did a fantastic job of grooming, cutting his nails, and leaving his "gills" as we requested. My only fear how Paco behaved for his appointment and didn't cause too many issues for Briar. If you are looking for a daycare and need a new groomer, take a chance and try this local business. We will be continuing our services with them. I spoke before to them about her needing to be bathed, trimmed nails, and hair on paw pads, and sanitary. They proceeded to not do any of those things besides bathe her. They must've not brushed her because after her appointment I had to brush her for 20+ minutes to get all of the shed! Her nails are only cut at the very tips..paw pad hairs are overgrown still but now splotchily cut...this place is not worth the money. Don't go here!
