Oh my goodness! I have to say that I was nervous about letting my baby boy leave me for so long,…read morebut it was definitely worth it. When Hania visited with Theo before I made the decision to take the leap she was so impressive. She spent time to listen to my needs and really get a feel for Theo. She was to put my mind at ease about being apart for so long. Theo has seizures and is on medication and she made certain to get detailed instructions on what medication to give and when as well as what to do should he have a seizure while he was with her. The regular updates were so nice, and look at these pictures she was able to get of him. When I picked him up she was sure to go over the commands, markers, and order so that I was comfortable working with him at home. I have to admit, it took me time to catch up to Theo. He probably thought that I was never going to catch on. I simply cannot say enough good things about Hania and her training.

We struggled with that and heavily with recall outside. We love to hike and camp and want him to be a part of our lives! So we knew we needed to trust him for off leash adventures we would love to take. We cannot say enough great things about Hania, who worked with our dog, JoJo. From day one, her calm, confident, and absolute understanding approach made a huge difference. JoJo struggled with recall and off-leash control, and we weren't sure we'd ever be able to trust him in those situations. But thanks to her expertise, her patience, and training techniques, JoJo has made an incredible transformation. She didn't just train JoJo though, she trained us as well She took the time to teach us how to better understand and communicate with him, helping us build a way stronger bond and give him the structure and freedom he needed to live his best life. She gave daily training updates and that gave us tremendous confidence leading up to picking him up. JoJo now listens reliably, can enjoy off-leash adventures safely, and seems genuinely happier and more confident. Hania gave us the tools to not only manage JoJo's behavior but also to enhance his overall quality of life. It's been truly life-changing for our entire family. We're beyond grateful for her work and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and compassionate dog trainer. She's genuinely one of the best things to happen for us and our JoJo

It was my understanding at the time of the writing of this letter that she was the owner. It turns out that approximately 1 1/2 years earlier, she had sold the business to Veterinarian Lauren Prenger. As you can see from the letter that it was written and then hand delivered to the business office on June 6th, 2026. The receptionist advised that Vet. Vetter-Bisges was on vacation and would be back on June 16th, 2026. I received a phone call from Vet. Vetter-Bisges who acknowledged that the experience was not quite what the office aspired and apologized for the experience but that as she had sold the office the previous year to one of her staff members (Vet. Lauren Prenger) and that she is just an employee there now. She advised that she would forward the letter to the owner Prenger. As of this writing . . . it has been right at 3 weeks since the attached letter was given to the owner (Vet. Prenger) and as of yet, there has been absolutely no interest shown by the owner to reach out to me to, at the very least, learn more about the experience and maybe find a way to correct the egregious mistakes that were made that day. If I were to have an opinion on the experience that day, it would be that the office is pricing themselves to accommodate the wealthier visitors to the lake that live in the million-dollar McMansions but also, without a care as to whether or not their diagnosis is correct or not. Beware! You may wish to keep in mind that you would have to get a second opinion after being monetarily raped for not making an appointment because of being concerned that your family member may not be able to wait for the appointment time.
