One of the most disorganized pet store I have been in across the Gulf coast from Florida to Mississippi. Poor customer service. Too many other stores and on line places to get what I need. No need to waste gas. read more

We went on a Friday evening. Plenty of what we needed was in stock. Staff is very friendly and informative.

They close before business hours are over. As someone who is worked customer service for 20 years, I find that really disappointing. You can wait five minutes until the posted hours of business are met that you post. Won't spend another dollar here. read more

I wanted to give Zero stars, but it would not let me. My wife and I have been taking our dogs to petco for years, all over the USA. Never had a problem and our dogs were always treated great. Today I take my little Pug for his bath , nail trim and brushing. I dropped him off at our appointment time of 0930 am with Amy and asked if it was going to take 2 hours as normal. Amy replied that she would call when he is done but that it would be around 2 hours. ( I live in Ocean Springs, 45 minutes away from this store so going home and coming back is not an option). We returned at 1150 am to pick up our dog at which time the girl behind the counter went to retrieve him. She came back out from the grooming area and stated that it was going to be another 1/2 hour to 1 hour before he would be done. I stated this was not acceptable as we have have already given them all this time and all they have done was give my dog a bath. I went out and discussed it over with my wife and we decided that we would just take him somewhere else to get everything else done when I re-entered the store I was met by the Asst Manager who was very rude and condescending. She stated that they were very busy and the groomer had a lot of dogs in today as it is the holiday season. I sated that we made this appointment 2 weeks earlier and if her groomer knew she was going to be that busy she should have said something sooner and we would have not come in today. I asked for them to just do his Nails and I would leave it at that, as the groomer started the nails, I asked the asset manager for the bill at which time I was presented with a $58.00 bill for a bath and nails done. I explained that half the stuff was not done and the asst Manger said that the only thing not done was the brushing, I asked about the teeth cleaning and oh, they did not do that either. As I watched this groomer attempt to drummel his nails my dog was fighting and she had no clue in my option what she was doing. I seen blood not only on my dog but on the groomers face which told me to just get my dog out of there, which I did. I will never use PETCO again and I will never recommend them , not even to my enemies. These folks are a joke and apparently like to rip off their customers as they did to us. read more

I showed up at 5:50 in the store had hours posted on the door till six. The employees just stood there and stared at me from behind a locked door. I won't shop here anymore. read more

I have been getting most all of my dogs' needs at this store since it opened. I have been very impressed with the knowledge the staff has about all their products! I started going to Petco when PetSmart often was out of the dry dog food my 3 senior dogs ate. I now buy both the dry and canned food through Petco's repeat delivery plan which gives me a discount and free shipping! I get the bulk grain free treats in the store that my dogs love. I agree with other reviews about the very clean condition the store always is in. read more

We brought our Goldendoodle to PetCo to be groomed. They did an amazing job! We highly recommend PetCo in Biloxi for grooming!! Besides their grooming, their store is always clean and the customer service is excellent! We will no longer shop at Petsmart. read more

My husband bought 2 fish tanks from here. The customer service was fantastic. Will diffently be going here instead of petsmart from now on.

My Louie looked awesome. Katelyn was wonderful with Louie. Louie was so happy after being groomed.

I brought my dog to Petco in Biloxi and they over cut her nails. She ended up going to the vet hospital because two of her nails were cut at the vein. After consulting with the vet, it was diagnosed that all her paws had nails that were substantially over cut. Please be wary of grooming your pets here. Some groomers (e.g. Bryant) either don't care or not trained properly. Heed caution and stay away! read more

I for some reason like Petco better than PetSmart. I guess it's the dog cookies, which humans can eat as well. Better supplied store, just less nonsense and better dog food. Same goes for Petco in Mobile, AL. read more

Yay! Finally a Petco. I recently moved to the coast and was happy to find all my favorite stores...except a Petco. "Oh but there is a Petsmart." No. No thank you. I'm one of those "my pets are my children" people, and Petco is the only pet store that sells their favorite cosmic catnip toys. They are 100% stuffed with catnip. The quality is unmatched. Petsmart doesn't sell a single toy in any brand that is 100% catnip filled. Additionally, I find the collars sold at Petco to be far superior in style, function, and quality. They last 2x as long as the ones sold elsewhere (my girls have claws, so when they scratch, naturally there is some wear to the collar). Petco always has my favorite items in stock. It's my absolute favorite store to shop for my girls. As for this location in particular, it's off to a great start. I attended the grand opening today. Really, I just had some great coupons and it was my last day to use them. I didn't intend on going to the opening but I got a flyer with a 20% off coupon, so I went. The staff was well prepared, and it was a nice surprise to get a free $10 gift card. With all that and my coupons from home, I didn't pay one cent for 4 bags of cat food and 8 bags of treats! And they were so helpful with my coupons too, even though I only had 4, nothing too crazy, they were happy to assist. The employees seemed genuinely happy for such a good turn out and were super kind and friendly. Notice I said GENUINELY. I'm happy to have them here as well. I will be back! read more
