Absolutely love Bubbles and Bows! I have been bringing all my boys here for many years. They love Jessica and so do we! She is the sweetest and has great communication with us about our boys. She knows their temperaments very well and also knows exactly what we want for our boys. Ashley is also SUPER sweet and always has a smile and a kind word when we see her at the salon or even out in town. She always remembers us and our boys which is rare these days. I was going to be new.. they started in with their no show policies etc. I was a bit turned off! I made the appointment while still searching for new groomers. My appointment was on a Friday. I called them around 2pm on a Thursday to cancel and they started in on their policies! Mind you we were going to be new! I told her our appointment is on Friday she said I would have needed to call that day.. Thursday by 8am! Mind you I called at around 1 pm! I told her Ma'am we are good! You don't have to worry about me rebooking! Audacity must be on sale if calling you the day before to cancel at 1pm is a problem! There are plenty of groomers! My friends had raced about this place and that this was the place to bring my 5 pound, 5 month old yorkie. (2nd appointment to be groomed. ) Making an Appointment was fairly easy. The worked with me to get a morning appointment. Dropped my little buddy of and waited for several hours. When picking up my fur baby I was not really sure anything was done besides a bath. His face was not cleaned. He was lopsided on his mustache. His back end was not cleaned. She only used scissors to trim him. Then charged me a lot! I could have done what they did and it would not have cost me as much. Just not happy with the results and will not take my baby back. read more

Do not!!! And i mean it schedule for an appointment if you have a puppy that hasn't been groomed before because they can't handle it.. I brought my puppy (pit bull mix) mind you yes he does get hyper but would never attack a person. These so called "groomers" claimed my puppy attacked them and was aggressive. My dog has never bit or attacked someone.. he has never done that, the most he has ever done was scratch you up a bit because of his nails which we brought him in for and also to get used to be groomed. They were rude and messed his nails up they were all split and not even filed down to be smooth!!! He's in pain. read more

I've brought my Pekingese mix, Mason, there a few times. The lady that usually does him was there but she didn't handle him this time. He was scared to go back, which I found odd cause usually he is super excited. The other lady took the leash and DRAGGED him back in the back. Against my better judgment I let him stay. It took them FOUR hours when his appt was for 11:30. When I finally got the call to come back he ran as fast as his fat little legs would carry him and ran into the front door trying to get out. Not to mention while I was waiting for him the same girl that dragged him to the back was yelling at other dogs in crates to SHUT UP. The girl charged me more than I usually pay and that extra money was NOT worth it! He was not cut the way I asked. His hair is chopped all up and uneven and what's not chopped to hell is shaved to the skin!! I will NEVER bring him back there and if you are particular about how your fur baby is treated and looks then you wont either. read more

Do NOT bring your pup here. My dog cannot walk and needs a very expensive surgery because someone restrained her too rough. My poor baby had cuts all over her body after they shaved her to her bones. She has been trembling ever since she was picked up. The worst part about it..the owner agreed if I got a second opinion she would help pay for it and she completely went against her word and got an attorney involved. Complete trash. Is there a negative star? The owner, Ashley, was beyond rude. Apparently thinking my dog would be ready an hour and 45 minutes after her appointment time was insulting to her. They were obviously overbooked and must have plenty of business by they way I was treated. I went down the street where we were treated courteously and promptly. read more

I was able to walk in and get my husky mixed nails trimmed in under 20 mins. I imagine for more services you would need an appointment. Staff was very friendly and nice to my dog who isn't a fan of getting his nails trimmed. There's a couple cats that are out and super friendly, my dog loved the calico one. I'll definitely be back. read more

I took my Pekingese/ShiTzu in for a trim, what i got was a shaved dog. I asked Jennifer to trim my dog. Her reply was that my dog had knots and that it was going to be difficult to get them out and that she may have to trim it close by her butt. I was okay with that. But when I picked up my dog, they had shaved and nicked her!!! My dog has had worse knots in her than this and a previous groomer was able to get the tangles out and trim her the way that I want. I paid $45 for this "shave"!! Never again!! I WOULD NOT recommend this groomer to anyone! read more
