They were very accommodating in seeing them all for one appointment. We're new to the area and establishing care and Dr.Parker was very thorough and was very informative. My shepherd can be very anxious at the vet and the staff was very patient with her and she did really good compared to some of her other experiences. Sandra the tech was great she went really slow with my shepherd and stayed in the room to trim nails since she was more comfortable with me. She was really compassionate and really took the time to get to know my pets and their quirks and made sure to communicate that with the dr and staff. Cost wise I think they're very reasonable for the price of everything now and the exam included a nail trim/anal gland expression which makes up for the little extra on the exam fee. I did call a couple other places and their exam fees were the same if not more. They also accept care credit which is great if we ever have an emergency and don't have it in the budget. Extra services were of course recommended but nothing was ever pushed down my throat and no one made me feel guilty for saying no. Overall great experience and we'll definitely be back for their next health check

Kathy kept us up to date with pics and videos of his day to day life, and gave us back a sweet , less spoiled dog. When picked up he had multiple wounds (face and back side) and was def scared/ trembling/itching. When Wendy was questioned about what happened-she had no idea and have no explanation or discount due to the condition my dog was leaving in. The issue was quickly identified and the vet took the time to answer all of our questions. As we had never been to him before he did an examination of our dog to check him out. We left with steroids for our dog and only paid around $51. Pretty decent for a last minute visit on a Saturday. Took a chance on Connie after we added a Golden Doodle puppy to our family. We asked her to come twice a week to let Marge (Golden Doodle) out, feed her, and play with her while we were at work. We also have a Great Dane who doesn't mind Connie's lovin' either. She has been an absolute saving grace to us, and the dogs love her. She texts on her way, while she's at the house, and sends pics/updates while she's there. Even leaves the TV on for them, so they don't freak out when a storm is headed our way! I can assure you that you won't regret having Connie take care of your pets. She truly does treat them as her own. I was hesitant to post a review because I don't want her to get too busy that we can't get her when we need her.
