I love the Collar Club. April groomed my Bearded Collie, Bobbie Burns and did an awesome job. She's working to get his long coat back after another groomer shaved him. What dedication!!! We boarded our 2 dogs just before Christmas here and I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience with The Collar Club was! The facility itself is in the back of a large barn on a working horse farm. It was extremely clean and well kept and the well thought out design was more than just charming, it was extremely functional. The individual "rooms" have a doorway out to a private covered patio and a very secure long run in the grass. We received texts (pics of our pets) every day that we were away. The dog's names were written on the door of their "cottage" when we arrived and when we picked them up there was a sign on the way out thanking them by name for staying. The staff was caring and friendly and the whole process was handled professionally and communication was stellar. The price was reasonable and competitive and we truly feel like we received much more value than we paid for! The location is a bit far out from where we live on the coast, but not so far as to be a deal-breaker. Now, having experienced The Collar Club, we wouldn't consider going elsewhere. We are SO happy to have found this jewel and we feel better already about future boarding...because we know exactly where to go and what to expect. Highest recommendation from us! read more
