I ordered a plant for my mother as a token of my condolence for the loss of her beloved pet. The plant I selected from their website was just what I was looking for (or so I thought). I was actually impressed with the delivery time- so that was a positive. However, when my mom sent me a picture of what was delivered, it was a sad excuse of a succulent and definitely NOT what I ordered or what was represented on their website. See the pictures for yourself.
Sadly, I had to tell my mom I'm sorry for the plant that arrived because it looked pitiful. My mom had to take time out of her day to drive to the florist to show her what was delivered, thinking the situation would be supported with customer service--it was not. It was neither service nor customer friendly. The "florist" presented excuse after excuse, rather than being supportive and making the situation right.
Finally, after much dispute and back and forth, the "florist" replaced the plant with a new container-this took 5 days! The replacement was better but still not what was ordered. And to add offense to injury, "florist" wanted the original container returned. Are you kidding me?
I will never use this florist again. Customer service is simple: listen, know how to apologize, take ownership, and go the extra mile. They must be drowning in business because none of these approaches were taken, so they don't need my repeat business and they don't need yours!
