When I went in to pick it up, instead of just handing me the box, they opened it and reviewed each item with me to make sure the correct thing was shipped and I was happy with it. They have a massive selection of clothes and accessories, however, at the current moment (December 2021), their shoe inventory is quite low/unimpressive.
