I'm a big fan of their hours and selection. My dog loves their cod skin and turkey tendon chews.

Products include foods, medications, accessories, pet furniture, etcetera. Furthermore, this PetSmart offers services such as adoptions, a veterinarian, dog-training, and dog and cat grooming. I occasionally shopped in this store to purchase products for my cat and dog. This store has my cat's favorite foods, treats, and litter in stock, but their prices are often higher than what Chewy charges, even after discounts from PetSmart's Treats rewards program. The selection of toys is decent but not quite what she prefers. During my most recent visit, I needed to purchase only a name tag for my dog. The store had many name tags in stock but not my preferred color. I ended up buying a different color instead. The cashier accurately rang up my purchase for a somewhat high price of $23, and she directed me to a machine to engrave the name tag. That machine worked correctly.

Told by a young employee, who was more concerned about getting my dogs updated Rabies info, they would not be doing her nails. My time and effort to be there as scheduled then to be dismissed. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I will never frequent your shop again ever! Only putting one star as you have to add a star to post the review. Again unacceptable!

I have been going to Animal General in Cranberry for 7 years since I adopted an American Pitbull…read moreTerrier who had lived on the street for nearly a year. He is loving and very friendly but jumpy, STRONG, and just over the top. I admit he was a wild thing. It was hard finding a vet that would deal with him, and I understood why. He was, and sometimes still is, 95 lbs of over enthusiastic spastic. But I love him more than my life. And I have trusted Dr. Stewart with my baby for 7 years and he has taken care of him, through terrible infections that we brought back from swamps near New Orleans, through strong allergies, and different procedures where he was put under anesthesia. They are caring, wonderful, patient, and courageous people. I can't recommend them enough.

The vet handled her ok, but he extended the injured wing out fast and all the way out. It hurt her. He gave me an antibiotic/steroid for inflammation and pain. Birds have very delicate bones. The vet didn't move her wing slowly. I couldn't get the medicine in her mouth either. My budgie looked worse. She was all puffed up, wouldn't play with her toys, and is still afraid of me. She stays away from me touching her. That is a terrified, bird. I was hesitant to call Animal General and discuss this, but I didn't because I was hesitant to. I don't think the veterinarian was familiar with avian needs and care. The five minutes in the vets room, and about a tablespoon of those medicines came to a total of $188! What a rip off for inferior service. That tells me that they don't care about birds, and are in it for the money. Thankfully she looks physically better, but she still won't let me near her and is afraid of strangers. All I wanted was to make her feel better so she wouldn't die.
