She always does a thorough job, but what stands out even more is how accommodating she is to each of our dogs' individual needs while being mindful of their comfort. We've been so happy with our experience and highly recommend Vanity Fur Menifee--especially because of Autumn!

The haircut and bath itself was good…read more What I wasn't a fan of was the communication before the appointment. I booked an appointment online and got a confirmation. Then after a day or two, they reached out to change the time. Alright, not a big deal. They told me that my groomer wasn't available on that day/time. So, they gave me another groomer at a different time. Not a problem. Another few days go by and I get a text that they need to change the time again. Oh okay. It's changed again. Okay, at least we are set. That was my train of thought. The day of the appointment, I get a text saying would it be okay if I came in 30 minutes? Ummm the appointment was at 4:00pm and you are asking to arrive at 11:30am. I'm at work at this point, trying to get ahold of my husband who is at work, so we can try to rearrange our schedules to accommodate the complete change in time. Honestly, my husband was upset that this was happening while he's at work. I was also irritated about this last minute change and only 30 mins notice. That's just not okay. You can't do that to people. I understand that they have you sign paperwork and let you know that there's a 2 hour window for your appointment. So, you do have to be available within a 2 hour window. Which is fine. If my appointment is at 4pm then the 2 hour window would be around that, and it definitely would not include 11:30am. That's way out of the window so they weren't even following their own policy. That's frustrating to me. Not sure my husband and I will pay for this service again, just because of the appointment time changing so much. It's unfortunate because we do like the grooming for our dog. Original appointment was at 8am. They changed it to 4:45pm. Then they changed it to 4pm. They tried to change it to 11:30 last minute/ on the day of the appointment. That's just not professional. The whole point of the mobile grooming is that it is convenient and easy. This experience was neither.

Just moved to the area... So started searching for a groomer for our two dogs, a golden and an…read moreAustralian shepherd mix. After going to Petco a couple times, we found this place based on all the great reviews. They did an average job on the grooming and way too overpriced. My Aussie is 13 and not very active and cost $95. Walked out spending $195 in total. That's just ridiculous. That's about $50 more than any other place I've been over the past several years. When I questioned it, he said, as long as they come monthly, the price will stay the same. If you miss, the price may go up. More? Really? I was better off going to Petco. Anyway, unless your money grows on trees. save some money and do some research.

They did a good job…read more This pet groomer is located in an ADU/ back house. My Pomeranian was in need of a bath and haircut. I found Couture Pet Grooming on Yelp and saw the positive reviews. I figured I'd give this place a try. The grooming process seemed reasonable too. It took about 2 hours and my fur baby was all done. They were quick really. Haircut came out cute! They gave her a pin and bandanna. I'm happy with the results of this groomer. I see why they have good reviews. My Pomeranian looks good and she smelled super nice afterwards too! They have an online booking system that is easy to use. You can book online whenever you want. Love that convenience at your fingertips.

ROMOLAND DOG GROOMING (26 July 2025) Located at 31525 CA-74,…read moreHomeland, CA 92548 **Avoid Romero Pet Grooming at All Costs - Negligent & Dishonest** On **July 26th, 2025**, I entrusted Romero Pet Grooming (**31525 CA-74, Homeland, CA 92548**) with my two Labrador Retrievers, expecting professional care. Unfortunately, what followed was a series of alarming incidents that no pet owner should ever experience. 1. Reckless Handling & Safety Neglect Upon pickup, **Rafael** allowed my **male Labrador to bolt out of the grooming area without a leash**--directly next to **Highway 74**, a dangerous road. Had I not been there, my dog could have been hit by a car. Additionally, they **improperly dislocated his choke chain** and failed to secure it back in place, further risking his safety. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. 2. Unauthorized Grooming & Injuries My **female Lab** was supposed to receive **only a bath and teeth cleaning**--**NOT a shave**. Yet, when I got her home, I discovered **blood marks all over her face and inside her ears**, indicating severe clipping injuries (photos attached). When I returned to confront them, **Rafael first claimed his mother "carefully shaved" her**, then backtracked when I reminded him **shaving was never requested**. His mother then **denied any injuries occurred under their care**, blatantly lying to my face. 3. No Accountability, No Trust A grooming business must prioritize **safety, transparency, and honesty**--Romero Pet Grooming failed on all fronts. Instead of taking responsibility, they **lied about the injuries** and dismissed my concerns. I am **filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau** and urge other pet owners to **steer clear of this establishment**. Your pets deserve better than negligence and deceit. Respectfully, Consumer Review
