We had been boarding Babou and Zazou at Pet Smart when we went away, and it was okay, but we always…read morejoked that they were effectively boarded together in a kitchen cabinet: two shelves and a litter box. We weren't unhappy, but Zazou came home with some kind of an upset stomach the last time, so we looked for somewhere else. We found Priority Pets on Google and they were boarded together in a whole room with toys, multiple litter trays, a double bed, a cat tree that had a view out the window and plenty of space. We were given the option to keep them private or give them the run of the house with other cats and even more things to do and explore. The host (Michelle) was very nice, obviously loved cats, took time to give them attention and kept us up to date with photos and videos. Pickup, drop off, making a change, registering and paying were a breeze. It was obviously a much better experience for the cats, and much easier for us. We will always board them with Priority Pets in the future and would recommend it to anyone.

My 4 year old Italian Greyhound has been going to Dragonluck for the past year after I did my…read moreresearch trying to find the best day care for him. I toured 3 other places before choosing Dragonluck. My dog was rescued from a puppy mill and has severe separation anxiety and housebreaking issues...It is hard to put into words what Dragonluck has done for his rehabilitation! Dawn spent a lot of time teaching him to stay close to her when off-leash (greyhounds tend to take off so this is an accomplishment). After we had been sending him three times per week for a couple of months, we noticed an incredible difference In his behaviour and confidence. Dawn is very flexible and happy to take the dogs whenever is needed and with little notice. She has a tremendous amount of knowledge and is happy to share it because she really loves all of her clients. The property is large and there is a place for them to swim and play, and it's all well fenced. My dog loves going here and starts dancing in the back seat as soon as we turn into the driveway. The price is very reasonable! I don't hesitate to recommend Dragonluck to anyone. Dawn and her helpers are wonderful!

Having never been before we decided to make a holiday of it and take our motorhome and of course Cooper(our puggle) came with us. After searching for a kennel online we happened to contact Dawn at Dragonluck Kennels. Not only did she help us with our questions and helped make our choice to use dragonluck, she went above and beyond. We emailed back and forth with her replies being quick not leaving me waiting. Originally Cooper was going to just use the daycare for a few hours the day of the wedding, however plans changed and he ended up on an overnight. In order to allow us to sight see the next day before leaving Ottawa, she offered to deliver Cooper to us at our campground, saving us a trip back out to the kennel (at least 1/2 hour away). Cooper was in fine spirit and didn't seem to have any anxiety over being away from us. And he ate!!! That is incredible in itself. As he is 11+ years, he has developed some separation anxiety when in strange environments. Apparently not at Dragonluck. Dawn and the staff get a huge thumbs up from us, Great experience. They have accommodations for dogs of all sizes. They have some farm animals that our dog Elvis loves it there. Donna sends me an update and pictures of my furbaby everytime he is there. That gives me and my husband peace of mind. As I have to go to Cleveland Ohio mayo clinic in Cleveland so having to deal with health issues is enough worry. Donna makes my worry much less about my furbaby Elvis.! Donna and your partner thank you, you are both the best and Elvis loves coming to you's. She does well in the camper and mostly sleeps when we're gone. She's content. However, the campground said we couldn't even leave her in the camper. We had made reservations for 2 day cruises. Fortunately, Donna and Art were there. They accepted Blueberry and kept her for day boarding for 2 days. We were able to attend both cruises, and Blueberry was just fine. The kennel building on the farm was nice and clean, and Blueberry enjoyed the smells of the farm when Donna took her out for walks. Great experience for us!

I've taken his ti several different kennels in the past and he has never had such a proudly joyful reaction before. And this is consistent. As the owner, I am always pleased to see it so spotlessly clean and am thankful for how flexible they are willing to be to work with my scheduling needs. But beyond all else, I feel extremely comfortable knowing the dogs are well cared for, well exercised, socialized and safe. They don't gouge you by demanding more money for walks and playtimes like other kennels. I respect that they firmly believe in the care they give and that they give the best to 100% of the dogs they are entrusted with, so that all dogs get equal and extensive playtime everyday, regardless of how much money you have in your wallet. This is by far the best place you can take your dog and after discovering it I truly wouldn't take mine anywhere else!
