He carefully but effectively trimmed their nails and was able to almost fully deshed them. My dogs hate blow drying and we're going through their seasonal shedding so it was not an easy task to deshed them. Overall I was very happy with William's skills and how he handled both of my dogs.

I brought my dog in over Easter weekend, and because I was injured, I wasn't able to fully brush her out beforehand like I usually do. She's a Pomeranian with thick fur, and while she did have some matting in typical areas, it was not severe. I've worked in a veterinary setting, so I'm familiar with what's manageable. When my husband dropped her off, he was told they wouldn't be able to achieve the usual teddy bear cut and suggested shaving her down instead. What wasn't communicated clearly was just how short that would be. When I picked her up, she was shaved extremely close, far beyond what I expected, and it was honestly shocking. She looked nothing like herself. This isn't the first issue. On a previous visit, she was cut so short that she developed irritation and a rash, and her tail was left uneven to the point that I had to trim it myself after it got soiled immediately. I've also since heard from friends and family (that I referred) who've had similar experiences, especially during busy weekends or holidays. It seems like overbooking may lead to rushed grooms and defaulting to shaving dogs down rather than working through coats more carefully. I also want to note that vaccination status was never asked about, which initially made this place convenient for me at the time, but in hindsight, that's not something I'm comfortable with. I've communicated before that I don't want my dog shaved down this short, and I just don't feel that preference has been respected or clearly discussed. Juno is dog-reactive, which can sometimes come across as aggression, but anyone familiar with reactivity understands it's really about overstimulation, limited socialization, and the need for patient, one-on-one care. Because of this, I haven't been able to take her to a traditional groomer. I happened to see their mobile truck while on a walk and asked about pricing for my reactive shepherd. Ricardo was very understanding, gave me a reasonable quote, and was even able to fit us in right after his first appointment. From the start, he was calm, patient, and gentle. He let me stay nearby to help Juno feel more comfortable, which I really appreciated. She was timid at first, but he took his time earning her trust and worked at her pace. When it came to the dryer, he introduced it carefully and explained that he didn't want to push her too far or undo the trust he had built even if that meant she wouldn't be fully dry. That meant a lot to me. It's clear that Ricardo has experience with dogs like Juno and truly understands the patience and care they need. Both Ricardo and Paco were communicative, kind, and made sure Juno's first mobile grooming experience was as stress-free as possible. I took my dog in for his full grooming appointment. At my arrival I was greeted with a "I would have wanted him brought in earlier", sorry but it was the time I was offered KNOWING I have a doodle. The guy asked me what I wanted done, I explained "a small trim almost nothing since it wasn't long, and a face clean up". I got a call later that afternoon to pick up. When I arrived I was SHOCKED to see they had completely shaved my dog and his face was practically the same as when I dropped him off. They left dry poop on his butt, his ears were all tangled as if they attempted to brush but couldn't finish the job, his tail wasn't trimmed or brushed, and they claimed that he had 4 fleas! Mind you, I never got a phone call to explain the need for a shave, no phone call about the "fleas" found and no heads up on the price change. NOTHING, until I was surprised with how he looked, the charge for the service provided was a joke. Upon getting home I checked his skin for signs of fleas, I didn't trust their word since he's been on monthly flea medication since he was 4 months old (now 13months) and i discovered no signs of fleas or redness on his skin. I will never step foot in that place again with my fur baby. I will no longer recommend it, do yourself a favor and take your precious fur babies somewhere else!

I showed her a photo of the haircut style I wanted and specifically asked if she could trim around my dog's eyes without cutting her long eyelashes. I was a little nervous to ask because my dog hates baths and constantly wiggles whenever her face is touched. Jessica took note of my concerns, and reassured me with her calm and professional approach. She explained that full grooming usually takes 3-4 hours so the dogs can stay relaxed instead of feeling rushed or scared. Since I groom my dogs at home sometimes, I understood exactly what she meant and felt confident my dog was in good hands. After two and a half hours, I got the call that my dog was ready for pickup.
