Wonderful place. I brought my poodle puppy here today. He urinates when he is scared or excited and I felt so bad but everyone was incredibly kind and understanding. They made Finley look adorable! I called to verify if this groomer accepts a dog over 50 lbs because some groomers I called don't accomodate dogs over 25 lbs. They were kind and accepted my big ol dog with an appointment. They asked what kind of cut I wanted, I didn't really know what kind of cut he should have. I usually groom him at home and just shave everything. But, when I picked him up, he looked so handsome! I was amazed with how soft he could actually look! We'll be visiting again for another groom, because I won't have my boy looking all jagged from me grooming him anymore!

Jessica and staff were incredible! I was fortunately able to sneak a same day appointment, and after reading the reviews thoroughly, I felt comfortable giving Pet Stop a try. You hear horror stories about grooming mishaps and so it's natural to feel uneasy when trying a new place. I told Jessica my dog Koa is a 67lbs pitbull, she wasn't discouraged at all and welcomed him with open arms. She has a very calm demeanor which is comforting when you leave a family member with her. Within an hour and a half, Koa smelled lovely, had a shiny white coat and trimmed nails. Happy pup! Thank you Pet Stop!

He came out looking so clean, and well groomed. The hair cut was perfect! They did a spectacular job with his bath/ grooming and hair cut. My dog came back very happy. We moved from Anaheim to Westminster and needed to find a new groomer that was closer to us. So happy we found this place! They are located in a plaza with ample parking in the front and back. The store itself is large and clean! We always call for an appointment and it's usually about one week out. We love how they style our cockapoo! Highly recommend! read more

I cannot say enough good things about pet stop ! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism of the salon. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they clearly love what they do. My dog, biscuit, came out looking and smelling amazing after his grooming session. The groomer paid attention to every detail and made sure my dog was comfortable throughout the entire process. I could tell that they genuinely care about the well-being of the animals in their care. Groomers did an amazing job and highly recommend, my doggie is very squeamish with groomers, but she sensed she was in good hands and was calm unbelievably dogs can sense that. I felt comfortable leaving her. The place is clean and there's ample parking front and back in a little strip mall. If you keep your long haired dogs well combed and brushed it won't cost as much for a full groom, they're reasonable in pricing. Good with dogs. read more

We started off with just taking her to get her nails trimmed here and they accepted her right away even though she was difficult. Today, my dog had her first haircut here and she looks so cute! My new favorite grooming spot!! The lady at the front desk was super friendly and inviting. My dog usually doesn't like getting groomed, but he immediately went up to the lady and couldn't stop licking her. He probably sensed her loving vibes haha. My pug got a shower, ears cleaned, teeth brushed, and nails clipped for $40 + tip. When we got there, they seemed to be really busy but she was still able to accommodate my walk-in. It took about 2-3 hours until he was ready. When I went to pick up my dog, he smelled so nice and looked so clean! I forgot how bright his coat could actually look. We were also given a toothbrush for him, and he left with an adorable new bow tie. I already recommended some friends to check this place out, you won't regret it!! read more

I can't thank Pet Stop Grooming enough for their undeniable love for my dogs. I booked a last minute appointment for my 3 dogs (I know, I'm horrible) and Jessica was willing to take all 3 and even stayed late to make sure all 3 dogs were groomed to their finest. If anyone is looking for a new groomer please give them a try, I promise you will not be disappointed. They go above and beyond to make sure your fur babies are pampered and cute. The owner is so sweet and kind. Been coming here for years and I can see her and her staff really care for the animals. My one dog LOVES seeing her and runs to her every time and gets so excited and my other dog is a very anxious dog and he loves seeing her too. I know he can be a lot to handle and I appreciate she is patient with him. They come out SO SOFT! I love the products she uses on them, they smell so good! I went to vip grooming and Bill was the one to great me at the check in counter. The place was so busy with dogs coming and going. It was so different than my prior groomer. They took about 2 hours to groom my dogs. When I picked them up they were happy and wagging their tails. Bill did a great job with the dogs. I went back 4 weeks later for their grooming and bill did a great job.

He does an incredible job getting their undercoats out so they shed much less at home. Our dogs always come back looking and smelling great, and it's clear he truly cares about them. They get excited to see him, which says everything! On top of that, he's just an all-around wonderful person. Just this morning during the storm, the wind blew our back fence open and our dogs got out while we were away at work. We live directly across the street from the groomer, and he happened to see them from his front window. He immediately hurried across the street and helped get them safely back into our yard. I don't even want to think about what could have happened if he hadn't been there. If you're looking for a trustworthy, experienced dog groomer who truly cares about the dogs he works with, I cannot recommend him enough. We are so grateful for him and the care he gives our dogs. It's such a comfort knowing they're in such good hands. Highly recommend!

I found Holly, and it was a perfect match. First order of business was earning my girl's trust, letting her explore off leash, and getting comfortable. Not too long after that, my girl would get SO excited just to hear we were going to see Holly. She'd eagerly scratch at the door if they didn't get there to open it quickly enough for her. She'd even give Holly kisses in the face (my girl doesn't even give ME kisses on the face)! Every groom was gorgeous, and my Scottie always got compliments wherever she we went. We even went to a groomer out if state to have her nails trimmed while on vacation over the holidays. The owner of the shop was so impressed with the cut and wanted to know where I had taken her. My girl and I are so sad that Holly has closed her doors. Not only will we miss the excellent work, but we will also miss her and Mik on a personal level. It's hard for Scottie parents to find good groomers who know how to do a breed-standard Scottie groom, but to also love, respect, and adore the dogs they groom. Im so happy that I found this hole in the wall! Im usually very picky when it comes to my little buddy's groomers so when I first walked in I was skeptical. But boy did I make a good choice going in that morning! Not only does the place have a cute setup, they have a lot of great products at a bargain price! And thats not even the half of it! The owners were really nice and attentive to every dog, especially to my little buddy. They're also really great at grooming too! I can tell by the quality of the grooming that they are very attentive to detail as not one spot was missed. I had my share of experiences where groomers either didn't cut the hair right, nicked my dog etc so I can tell you I was extremely happy with the finished product. Overall a great place. The woman who helped me was very nice and friendly towards my dog. Facility is clean and very reasonable, affordable price. Unfortunately what deters me from coming back is that I explicitly instructed for no hair cut. Upon pick up my dog had an all over cut and the woman said it was so the dog would be cleaner. I've been to many different grooming shops, but this is my new favorite go-to place for my puppy! This store is under a new owner, and she was very friendly, both to me and my dog! She listened carefully to my requests and cared for my dog as if he was her own pet. She took the extra time to make sure that his hair was all cut evenly, and added a ribbon for free! OMG love this groomers so much. The Korean lady there is so sweet and she cuts my dog's hair so well. Every time i pick him up he smells so good but most importantly he never has a scratch on him. I would highly recommend this place!! read more
