I was quoted $90 for grooming (haircut, bath, nail trim, ear cleaning) but was charged $100 at pickup. When I showed the text with the agreed price, the lady changed her reason, saying my cat was "difficult," which is not true -- my cat is very calm. She had fleas and there was an extra charge for the treatment but it was effective. They did a wonderful job deshedding her too. They do a good job grooming our dog. He always gets a bit stressed out when going because he's really stubborn and somewhat disobedient so I think it's hard for the groomers to do their jobs. The price is reasonable, $45 for a haircut, bath, and nail clipping. Our dog is always very thirsty afterwards so I wish they would take care of him and offer him water to drink because he spends about 3 hours there. I always take my dog to this other place in Long Beach, but decided to go here instead.. idk how they're still in business. My dog smelled worse coming out, they lied saying my dog had a cut on her arm before coming in, and she came out with a lot of fleas. Its been over a week and I'm still trying to get rid of the fleas. If you care about your dog I would recommend some place else. The back is full of cold looking silver cages that look dirty. My cat had really bad matted fur and this one of a few places I could find that would do cats. It was really easy calling and getting an appointment. My cat came out looking like a rat but no more matted fur. I'm satisfied in that regard. I did have a few quips, though. I thought they said on the phone that it would only be an hour, but then when I dropped off they said 3. Glad I had a free day. It did make me wonder if the price I was quoted was per hour as it wasn't confirmed at drop off. I've seen some places quote based on the time it takes instead of the service as a whole. The other thing is I asked over text if she needed her rabies vaccine. They said bring it if I have it but she wouldn't be denied service without it. But then at drop off I was asked for it and told to have it next time. So, conflicting info. If I had known then I would've called the vet and gotten it before the appointment, as I had time. I am really glad with the end product. The customer service was great. Both the man and woman were very friendly. Kinda amazed at how low the price was as I think other places are more expensive, especially because my girl got completely shaved. I hope I tipped enough. I recently took my dog for his monthly grooming. When I picked him up and brought him home, he was barely able to walk and had a significant limp. After inspecting his left foot, I noticed they had either clipped his nail too short or injured his leg. I eventually gave them a call and the lady even acknowledged that sometimes they cut the nails too short and the dogs end up with a limp. She offered very little to no remorse and did not even offer a refund. I was on the fence about taking my dog for grooming here and now I am definitely not returning. Be AWARE. read more

I don't know where to begin. How can they actually be running a grooming place when they have absolutely no care for what they do to the dogs. They cut my dog in 4 different places. One was next to the neck and she was bleeding so badly we had to take her to the ER. You can see the stitches. 2 spots on her butt is cut into and you can see the open wound. I had to get antibiotics ointment to treat it. And the last one was a straight cut on her side. It's like they don't pay attention at all to what they're doing or they don't care. I'm posting pictures up here to show what they did. I will never come back to this place. I really hope they don't do this to other dogs. It's completely unethical and inhumane. read more

John and Ginny smell and look great and seem really happy. I love their bandanas. They are stylin' and ready for #IndependenceDay. I'm very upset with this place, i brought my puppie to get groom instead she was infested with FLEAS, she must of being mix with other dogs, I get the impression this is not a very clean place, I learn my lesson, I'm going back to PETCO !!
