I've brought my other pets here and wanted to inquire about vaccines for my puppy, only to call and find out they closed their vet clinic this year! So sad, this is a great pet store with lots of different brands and decent prices. The gentleman who helped me out with some things for my puppy was very knowledgeable and helpful. This is a nice feed store, they have a lot of birds for sale. I've never seen helicopter parakeets and they are so cute! I was impressed that they had so many fish tanks, but a lot of them were empty. I was hoping to see baby chicks when I went in, but it looked like they were waiting for some new ones to come in. They have variety of products and animals, the only thing that is bad is the betta fish in the tiny cups with no proper care, that makes them just like the big corporations who just care about money. So ironic that's the stores name but they should try to switch it up for the animals sake and the people wary when they see how their setup looks like. read more

I really like this store and I prefer to shopi in locally owned shops instead of the big.corporate owned ones like PetSmart,, ect. Pet Supreme has a really great selection of food by the large brands as well as smaller niche type brands. The salespeople are very knowledgeable about all of products that they carry, and I have always found them to be very helpful and kind. Great place think of costco for pets, have everything. Stuff for dogs, cats, birds, fish reptiles, live stock. They also carry fish, reptiles, tarantulas, small pets, quails. They also sell live feeders gold fish, mice, rats. This place was great. Not much parking recommend parking in ally but definitely make sure you lock your car. All the staff is super friendly and helpful. They carry some really random things also, saw a habitat for fire shrimp with them include and a whole story about them. I usually avoid coming to buy from here. They are always out of everything and are always $5-$15 higher in price vs any other pet store online or local. On top of that they do not price match. Tonight we ran out food for our dog and our usual place had just closed , so I found this coupon on the VALPAK website which they sign up for in order to attract more customers. The coupon was for $5 off a purchase of $35 or more. The dog food I usually buy for $45 they had for $52 so after my $5 it wasn't too far off. When I went the register to try to use this VALID coupon they refused to accept it since it was electronic. Of course they would come up with any excuses to not miss out on even 1c of profit. No where on this coupon does it say they need a physical copy. Is it really that hard to do good business? read more

Several disappointing developments. They now have less of everything then when I originally raved about the cat stuff. Went to get a larger carrier cuz my cats are bigger and none. Nor small ones. Less collars than one year ago. The website has been down and you cannot verify if they have something before going in person . I like to check the reviews for items before going to the store. A couple days ago to bought cat flea treatment. An older Latino gentleman had to open the flea stuff with his key and was SUPER patient letting me use my ph to ck ratings. The less expensive was 3 stars when I went in person to check the brands they carry. I bought ADVANTAGE PLUS. Goes on the nape once a mo (has 2 doses). Need eye medicine for cats and I took a pic to research pricing/ratings. High ratings btw but didn't have pricing on the pic. I just called to get price and it's automated! Pressing 3 for a rep defaulted me to voicemail. Tried three times calling no one avail. Can't afford driving needlessly just to see what you have and what it costs. Giving 4 stars because there's at least a nice young man named Adrian who actually cares about the customers. He is exceptional with customer service and should definitely replace the manager Ryan. However, the manager Ryan is horrible, the moment I walked in to ask for dubia roaches, he already seemed hostile and forced to help me. I saw him talking badly about his employees to other employees which is very unprofessional. Not to mention, the cashier (female with thick eyebrows) whom Ryan was talking to about his other coworker asked me what size dubia roaches I got, as if I can trick somebody into giving me the wrong ones. I could've been rude and asked why am I being questioned. Ryan and the cashier had bad unprofessional attitude and definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I am a returning customer for over a decade. This is the first time I have seen this kind of behavior. I hope the manager with the glasses Ryan gets put in his place because he doesn't have good customer service and also walks around like he owns the place which is hilarious. I'll definitely be back and only ask for the employees whom I feel actually aren't trying to pull one over on a customer. Just for anyone's reference, I had asked for small dubia roaches and received xsmall looking roaches, Ryan claimed that they're the same as the size small roaches because that's the batch they had received, I asked to bring out the xsmall so I can compare and they were literally the same size. So I asked for medium but he said they're all out. So that's when I said I wouldn't buy them at the price of small dubia roaches because it's double the price of xsmall dubia roaches. The manager was unwilling to help me. So Adrian stepped in and made the smart suggestion to instead ask for xsmall dubia roaches since they're the same size. That's an absolute genius approach at customer service. He made me happy and I still received the batch from the xsmall container at the price that is fitting. Hilariously enough, the cashier looked confused because the xsmall roaches appeared BIGGER than the small roaches even though I had initially asked Ryan to make it right but he refused to find a solution. Situation could've been solved right away but Ryan is clearly not a good manager. read more
